The Hotel offers poor conditions overall and has a terrible customer service. Heating and internet don't work properly. The room phone and lamps were not working and had to be fixed by staff instructions. If you call them in the night to check on your booking before your arrival, you just get a message that the call cannot be completed. The room I have been was not clean enough. Breakfast is average. It is disgusting that pillowcases had stains from fluids from previous guests that were not removed. I had a very unpleasant stay.

Room cleaning was not ready until I returned hotel after works which was over 3 pm. The front desk said it'll be cleaned before 7 pm and I don't know how to say.
There's only one restaurant which opens for breakfast only. The worse is that there's no other restaurants in walking distance. The hotel provides no free parking for guests and the parking fee was EUR 25 per day.
Considering the room rates that is not really cheap, overall very bad.
I don't recommend to anyone.

Warning do NOT stay here even if your trying to save money. Reviews seemed good so decided to stay here and it was a mistake. Room wasn’t ready at 4:00- check in was 3:00. Air conditioning did not work good. Room was very hot and we couldn’t sleep good. Bedding wasn’t clean, had hairs and spots on it. Then I got up to blow dry my hair and the blow dryer was broken. Staff were not accommodating. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else and pay a little extra.

Needed to pay for early check-in even before we called if its possible. We got a Room in the other building, which was still under construction. It was not horrible, but it would be nice to at least mention it at the check-in. Things like numbers written inside the room and the heavily used material above the bed didn’t help to make a better review either. You don’t have a good mirror in the room, where you can do make-up or skincare, even in the bathroom the light is terrible, best would be to bring your own pocketmirror. The Hotel is near a metro station which you can arrive by foot in 4 Minutes, no supermarkets or kiosks nearby.

The staff were incredibly helpful and responsive to our needs. And we highly recommend renting bikes from the hotel and biking in to central Amsterdam -- it's a lovely ride!

The Staff were nice , but the sower drain was flooded , in addition, we found 1 one of the bed sheets dirty with blood in it . Anyway, hopefully next time you will improve the cleanliness.

5 min walk to metro station. 5 min walk to ikea. 1 train stop to stadium and shopping centre and metro runs every 15 min. Convenient if you have a day/multiday ticket anyway. Fairly big rooms and nice bathrooms

This was a good spot for our short visit in Amsterdam. The location is outside the city, but right beside the metro station that takes about 20 minutes to get to the city center. Very convenient. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again!

The hotel was split into 2 buildings. The hotel with check-in and reception looked nice, new, and fully furnished. I can't comment on the rooms as I was in the other hotel property.
The good:
The hotel is located close to most arenas and stadiums for events (~30 minute walk). Additionally, the train station to Amsterdam Centraal and the airport is only a 5 minute walk from the hotel.
The bad:
The other building part of the hotel property, which I was given my room in, was completely under renovation on the first floor. There were no staff in the building, so anyone was able to come in and out until evening, when the front required the key card to enter. Check-in and check-out are both completely done independently so there is usually only one staff member on the property at any time. Cleaning only happened on my first day of my 4-day, 3-night stay.

The hotel is good. Nice big and clean room. Very big bathroom. Very friendly staff. Breakfast is also very good with all you can wish for.
The only minus point is that the hotel does not have a restaurant and that you will not find a proper restaurant nearby. I found a take away 3-400 meters from the hotel.

Very nice & quiet area with a metro station only a short 5 minute walk which gets you to the centre within 20 minutes. Very easy to check in and check out without hassle and the room was very spacious and clean. Have zero complaints.
