Good hotel in the great area in the middle of everything

Comfortable hotel in great location and friendly professional staff.

The staff at the Residence Inn were incredibly helpful and welcoming. In particular, I would like to commend Orlando, the bartender, who greeted us with our complimentary drinks. Brandon, a member of the breakfast staff, was also very polite and efficient, ensuring that our meals were served quickly and to our satisfaction. Finally, I must mention Rachel, also known as "Loopy," who expertly prepared our drinks. The ninth-floor bar is highly recommended for anyone seeking a memorable experience.

All the resort raw wonderful and there was always a pleasant music in the background.A great Resort.The town of Sunny Isles is wonderful for family holidays very well suited.

Great hotel

The hotel looks good but the room was dirty. The floor was not moped. The breakfast was pretty basic and fast-food like. I would stay here again if it is the only option available. The price was too expensive for the service provided.

The room was very dirty. Bedding was clean but everything else was dirty. There were contractors there working while we were there and jumped in front of us and the elevator we were waiting patiently for.

It was an amazing stay. They provided 2 free drinks daily, close to the beach, free towels and chairs, they gave a complimentary drink one night and free water. The transportation to South beach and other places was simple. The restaurant was connected to the pool, which stayed open late, and the food was great. The staff was attentive and welcoming.

Loved our stay here!

The stay was lovely. We stayed for 5 nights… the check in was late for us since we arrived to the hotel around 10/11PM. So, check in was fairly sinple and quick. Room is spacious and comfy bed. Things to know: 1. Location: is great right across the Collins Av with lost of options, walking distance to a Publix and walgreens, resturants etc. Beach is exactly 10min walking unless you wait on the shuttle. 2. Ameities Fees- Hotel charges everyday for a destination fee… disnt understand what that was to be hinest but we pretty mcuh go breakfast, two drinks every day for happy hour and two chairs at the beach with towels… 3. Parking: this is the part that is very sticky for me… we parked evryday but is valet only so we had to wait a lot for the car to be parked and bring back to us… fees is $35 per day valet service and tax (all in all nice 40 daily) 4. Beach: the beach si right in front of the hotel crossing the avnue. However, the beach rentals are right by thebhilton whcih is another 4min walking… chairs and towels are part of the amenties bu umbrella is an extra charge of $24.00 5. Housekeeping is Okay i dont think they do a good job cleaning…. I could see the sand on the floor everyday and my hair evrhwere was epxting some vacuum or something… i do belive this eaire need to improve 6. Water is unlimited in the hotel so make use of it… mismi is hot so we took like 4 bottles or so daily and used them all.

New hotel, quiet and clean rooms, kind employees, very easy access to dining options and to the beach across the street.

The location is great ,the environment is very homely atmosphere, the staff are super awesome. But one thing is missing from here is they dont tell the guest what services they are going to get..though it has written in your card..but who ever is welcoming the guest they should remind them the services ehich mariot is providing to all.like every guest gets free drinks ,free water bottles, free sea drive and a bicycle to ride...which we came to knew on out 3rd day of our trip.otherwise its a great place always to stay...its Marriott its poshness always vibrant...always love to jstay...and it has a beautiful small kitchen too...just loved it...

Im not happy with mandatory $30 resort fee charge, which includes beach towel and beach chairs, just dont beed it, i came for business trip just to sleep over and get rolling, resort fee should optional for guests who is asking for it.

Great stay

There were a lot of hidden charges. You have to pay a mandatory fee of having crappy service on a golf cart taken to the beach that you have to wait forever for and you supposedly get 2 free drinks a day with 2 bottles of water. We didn't even use it only the one time on a golf cart and we waited forever. Could have walked to the hotel, showered, got a snack and had sex before we would of got back waiting for the golf cart. They say it's "complimentary".. No you have to pay EXTRA and it's mandatory.
