Very safe, comfortable lodging, spacious room and bathroom with lovely shower. Wonderful community kitchen with coffee and water. Theresa is a welcoming hostess.

Ftiendly and inviting hospitality. Owner is helpful with suggestions of where to rent scooters. Was only to be for weekend stay, but turned into extra days due to tropical storm. Would absolutely recommend for your short stay in Cozumel. Less than 8 mintue walk to house and the resident dog is so friendly and loving.

Very nice place to stay, close 2 everything. Owner very nice and helpful. i recommend this hotel. Only negative is there is no TV. Other then thats its cool.

Me and my boyfriend enjoyed this hotel very much! It was close to the city center, room was clean and cozy, and also amazing was our host, who helped us find all the best sights of the island and get settled well. She helped us with everything from renting a car to a great price to find the best snorkel areas. Plus her dog is adorable!

It is close to the ferry docks and also the main square of San Miguel. The bed was extremely comfortable. Overall a great place to stay. I will definitely go back!

A very nice and calm place to stay where you get great value for your money. I have never got this much information, help and service from any hotel host before. The location was perfekt, close to port and good restaurants right outside the gate. Very pleasant courtyard and nice rooms. The only thing we missed was a private refrigerator in the room were I could store my medications. Fortunately I could store them in the owner's refrigerator without problems. The staff and owner are very nice and helpful here and we strongly recommend this accommodation.

The owner is very helpful and goes out of her way to make your stay comfortable. Beautiful courtyard garden to relax outside the room. Rooms are immaculately clean.

Isabel and her staff were very welcoming and the casa and garden make you instantly feel at home :-) The ferry terminal and main shopping streets are within walking distance and guests can use the kitchen to prepare a meal or store food in the fridge. Would definitely stay here again!

Ferry乗り場から，5番通り沿いに5分ぐらい。(海岸通りより，5番通りに入った方が場所はわかりやすい。　小さい看板が目印)Hoselで，1部屋貸し切りです。冷房付で別部屋にToiletとShowerがあります。TVなし。冷蔵庫は，炊事が可能な共同部屋にあります。中庭には，Relax出来るSpaceがあります。(椅子や机あり)

We often fly on a Friday and choose a reasonably priced hotel to stay at to rest before we move on to a resort stay on the Saturday. We totally lucked out with the Casa del Solar which was 3 blocks from the Cozumel Ferry. We were greeted by the owner when we arrived and she was so helpful and considerate! Our room was basic and clean and after supper and a long trip we settled into bed and I got 12 hours of solid sleep!! The courtyard is charming with a huge fruit tree canopy overhead and the coffee is always on! We felt very safe and comfortable.

Very clean simple safe, quite and the owner always concern of fest needs, to provide any information of town amenities.
