The check in/out service was poor. The hotel policies were petty and cheap. 8 out of 11 people got sick from the hotel supplied water. Signs at breakfast of 300 peso fine for not finishing food and 75 peso charge if bringing leftovers from outside. There was not a mini bar in the room but forced to wait 30 minutes at check out for room inspection. The hotel food was also average to poor. A great location and property with horrible policies.

Henann Crystal Sands was a great choice for our first trip to Boracay Island. Horizon pool is fantastic. We’ll definitely be back. Very clean, room was also great.

I just love this place!! The hotel is located just in the middle of the hottest place of Boracay - white beach - and everything like convenience store, street market, restaurants, massage, etc. is within walking distance. The facility is very well maintained, the swimming pools are big, clean and warm enough for kids. The infinity pool on the 2nd floor always provides beautiful ocean view and hip mood with poolside bar and enjoyable music. The beach right in front of the hotel's main restaurants is so clear with white fine sands. The breakfast buffet was also quite nice with variety of cuisine. All the staff were very kind and helpful, and I felt secured with the guards at the both entrance all the time. I felt so privileged staying this fine hotel for one week.

The staff are the resort’s gem! Service bar none! Kudos to the staff! The rooms are tiny even if I chose a premiere room. They looked big in the photos though I would highly recommend d this hotel

Difficult to complain about Henann Crystal Sands Resort. Great staff, great location, clean hotel, clean rooms. The hotel is right on the beach, a 10 minute walk across the street will put you on the other side of the island where you can kite board, wing board, scuba dive, ect. Additionally the hotel is next to the B-mart which is a huge collection of restaurants and stores, once again right on the beach. The pool is great, the gym is small but adequate, the hotel restaurant is great for breakfast and dinner or to just have a drink while watching the surf. I would definitely book this hotel again.

This is the best resort we’ve ever stayed in. Really amazing amenities (especially the rooftop pool and poolside massage!), great ambience, location and customer service. Our room was also very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again next time we visit Boracay!

Right in front of the beach; walking distance to the “DMall”, restaurants and Starbucks. Recommend this resort. Also - make sure you contact the resort for transportation from Airport to Port and then to hotel. The hotel has it one transportation and it is not expensive. If you go with another company then you might wait in line. The resort takes you directly from airport then to port then on a boat then to the other side and then on a van to resort. Will come back again and stay at this resort.

Typical beach resort. Looks better in photos. If a room says it good for 3 persons only 2 are allowed per hotel policy and the third is an extra 1900 a night. The seafood dinner buffet was limited and the food was mid. The drinks are watered down and the white wine tastes like rubbing alcohol. Otherwise, convenient location and friendly staff.

Nice and clean hotel with good pools, services and a solid breakfast. Unfortunately, the sky pool which could be a perfect spot for private sunbathing and relaxing, plays relentless dance music from 10am all day. Even after asking them, the staff could not change it which was disappointing. Fortunately, they have a great position on the beach with loungers.

Hotel is well-maintained with friendly staff. Breakfast is wonderful, with options changing everyday. It is right on the beach and the pools are amazing. Especially the Skypool with an infinity pool that overlooks the beach and the sea, not to mention that there is a bar in the pool that you can swim to.

The rooms are ok- nothing superb. There’s probably much better room in some hotels that are cheaper. The only favorite is the infinity swimming pool. Otherwise- ok experience

i was really happy with our short vacation in Hennan Crystal Sands Boracay. very good and clean room, facilities, and services. I would like to book again if I get the chance to go back to Philippines.

Great stay here. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. We enjoyed our room and time at the pool. There were lots of selections at breakfast and you can't get closer to the beach. We also enjoyed the massage services and the entire staff was so kind. The only complaint we had was our room had a bit of an unusual odor maybe being so close to the ocean. Also the sky pool was closed during our stay for renovations which we were disappointed by but understand. I would recommend giving notice to upcoming guests when that comes up in the future so people know what to expect.

Such a good location, such a beautiful hotel, such a disappointing experience… 1) checking in: my reservation was for 2 adults and 1 child (clearly stated on my voucher), still they insisted that I needed to pay for my child 2) welcome cocktails, are more mocktails and good luck finding out were to redeem the vouchers 3) forced to pay for a CNY “buffet” full of fish and seafood that our son would not eat! 4) ran out of wine at the resort…for multiple days! 5) closed out the pool on the last day to force guest to another “valentine” event dinner Overall Boracay is amazing and the beaches are out of this world. This hotel is one of the very few beachfront properties on the Island however they are trying way too hard to take advantage of guests because of this. Unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend this property!
