Staff are extremely helpful and friendly, our room is clean and spacious, the location is amazing, right next to the beach and close to lots of great street food and seafood restaurants. The roof top pool is absolutely fantastic. The only downside is that the sound proofing could be much better. But overall we had a fantastic time. Thank you!

Very good place to stay

Staff was friendly and professional. Poor shower design with no shower curtain, always resulted in water getting all over the bathroom floor.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The hotel is well situated, being close to shopping, transport, etc. We would definitely stay there again.

I asked early check in which is the privilege for Hotel's member. I arrived there around noon, but the room was not ready so we came out for lunch. We could check in almost 2 P.M. We almost waited for 2 hours to go to the room. We went there to enoy the beach and massage before night flight but we could not.

Convenient location. Friendly and resourceful staff. Room was nice overall but floor was not well cleaned.

Very affordable price and very nice hotel

Really really like the hotel: good price of $35/night for the King Bed, nice view, nice bedroom, TV with several English channels. Love the pool on the top floor! Fantastic buffet breakfast. Staff was very nice friendly. Free bicycle available. Good location. Can’t think of anything that could be done better! Definitely recommend. Enjoyed my stay so much, that I end up extending, not once but twice my stay at the hotel!

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. AC was fine, though it did not seem to be adjustable - temp was fixed at 22 and nothing I did could change that. The shower had European style glass wall that only protected half the shower so water got into rest of bathroom. Inside the shower, there’s no place to put soap, shampoo, etc. except on the floor. Hotel provided body gel, shampoo and conditioner, but it was on the other side of the glass partition and inaccessible when you’re in the shower (we were able to take those fragile containers into the shower, but they were awkward to hold and were breakable if dropped. Breakfast was expansive and pretty good. Short walk to food and drink and close to beach, although signs everywhere said No Swimming. Not sure if that is always the case or because ocean was very choppy the two days we were there. When I reserved room at Expedia, it said I was getting a non-smoking room, yet later in email confirmation, it said that could not be guaranteed and sure enough there was a vague smell of cigarettes in the room. There was a trash receptacle by the elevator on our floor with cigarette butts in it, under a No Smoking sign. Nice bar on top floor with infinity pool and 2-for-1 Happy Hour from 17:00 to 20:00.

2 mins walk to the beach, quite location. 20 mins walk to dragon bridge. friendly and very helpful staff.

Room was very big and clean. Extremely comfortable and reasonably priced. Located very close to the beach. Nice restaurants nearby, especially the well known Moc Quan seafood restaurant, just 3 blocks away. I would book this hotel again when I return.

Recommend to stay this location

Night a bit noisy due to very near to night life area. If you like night life can stay here. If want good sleep not so recommended. Food and service is nice. English speaking is limited.

Room clean daily, facility is in great condition, short walk to beach, breakfast was very good.

Nice hotel near beach; nice amenities including pool and breakfast, but that was filled with kids playing video games and full audio at 7am. Hotel staff a bit too solicitous. Refrigerator did not work and they replaced it quickly. Second one broke down in about 5 days.

Good hotel right on the edge of My Khe beach. Had a great view out of my window of the sea. Staff are wonderful. Breakfast was good. Rooftop pool area is good to relax with a drink. Hotel just needs a freshen up but value for money.would recommend.

Very comfortable stay, clean room and helpful staff.

If I could rate the staff higher I would. VERY helpful, always smiling, always an enthusiastic greeting when we came through the door. Helped us with advice booking a domestic flight. Also assisted with a booking for a day tour. The hotel is just three buildings from a traffic circle leading to the beach. Great location. Strange bathroom with no glass barrier for the shower, but not a deal breaker.
