The one thing that definitely stands out is the staff. Very friendly, accommodating and helpful. The property has a beautiful view of the jungle and you can enjoy an amazing sunrise/sunset. Having said that, the rooms are very dated, wifi was on/off and the location is not the best in regards to proximity to restaurants and shops etc.

The staff were lovely. The room did not have any tea/coffee making facilities. There was no tourist information available nor much in the way of suggestions for what was available. The property was in quite a inconvenient location, partly due to a landslip which meant that the road was not accessible adding 30 minutes to the trip into Ubud.

It’s a good hotel in a good position, at 15 minute walk from the center of ubud, it’s a good spot with a beatiful pool sunset in rice terrace….people were very nice!

B Saya is a lovely mountain hideaway just outside Ubud. The villas were a little bit dated (the shower especially) but overall a lovely place to stay. Very quiet, tranquil, relaxing, and with beautiful sunsets. Good food as well (for all meals)! Where this place really shines, though, is with the staff. They were incredibly accommodating, able to set up tours and spa treatments for me and my wife, and took great care of us when we unfortunately fell ill, delivering extra food and water to our room, ensured we had everything we needed, and even called a doctor for me when I got really sick. Also took me to town on the back of a motorbike when I needed to visit an ATM. The whole staff knew us by the end of our short stay, and made us feel so comfortable even in an uncomfortable situation far away from home.

Room (standard suite) was smaller than expected and a bit underwhelming, e.g. Window looked out onto a common courtyard and the shower drained right on the same floor as toilet. Still comfy though.

GORGEOUS. Above and beyond service. The view, the food, everyone is so helpful and nice. The room is extremely clean and well thought out. Towels are sented. Who does that! I feel like royalty

I loved Rudi, such an amazing person and host. I was sorry to have only one night here, however I am booking again this month for 2 nites. The property is like a boutique hotel, quiet and the food is wonderful. Thankyou so much

This is our 10th time to Ubud, and weve always done our research for the best hotel deals within our budget. By now Id imagine were quite familiar with Balinese hospitality, but this property takes it to the next level. The location, layout, decor, service, food and value were among the best weve come across on this island. The view from the pool was amazing! Our room was closer to the road so there was a bit of traffic noise, and the shower area was unpartitioned so the entire bathroom floor would be wet. Those are the only cons we could think of, and thats just nitpicking.
