Well let me say that the hotel is clean but boring and no charm. The rooms facing the bay or rather the road are noisy. The atrium room view is like looking at a prison wall. I would stay at the Manila Hotel which has charm over this overrated boring hotel. Save your money and look elsewhere. The pictures are a poor representation of what you really get. The pool is small and the restaurant at pool level has a dress code for no sandals which is odd since it is at pool side. The food is bland and overpriced. Also found it rather appalling that they check your room before they let you check out.

Pool was closed and restaurant was rather dull and without charm. They have a no sandals dress code at the restaurant where the pool is located which doesn’t make sense as you would wear sandals to the pool. Pictures for the hotel rooms were larger than reality. The service was average and given the number of other hotels in the area, i would choose another hotel over this hotel.

The stay was mostly ok. A very nice looking hotel on the inside, and although the check-in process was smooth and friendly, when my gf arrived (see was working when I checked in), they really made her feel like a street worker. The top floor restaurant, Admiral Club Manila Bay, was a very nice setting, but service was not good and they used way too much salt on all the dishes. I should point out that we ordered al la cart off the menu. We did not do the buffet. They have a really cool speak easy bar that is open until 1 a.m. but has a last call at midnight. I thought that was a bad practice.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at the Admiral. Everything was in good order, immaculately clean and well cared for. Employees were to a person friendly and helpful. Bellhops Louie and Dexter assisted us in getting taxi and Grab rides. They were courteous and quick to ask if we needed help. I will also mention Orlan the housekeeping manager, Lyreyn at the Atrio restaurant, Trixie and Marvin at breakfast, as well the security guards at the entrance of the hotel, as always cheerful and eager to help. Overall, the Admiral turned out to be a pleasant place to spend six nights. We also enjoyed the decor of the hotel, tastefully and colorfully furnished. We will definitely consider returning.

This hotel was nice but did not work with our room cancelation after one night due to medical appointment change for a visa medical for a child . And did not give my nanny 5K ph deposit back at first night check out and everything was left in great shape still no refund. And I did book online and as far as I know the hotel will not grant a refund to my online booking but maybe later I hope I will get refund this was expensive nightly rate over $200 USD so I hope this will get resolved - But this is a nice hotel and anyone would love to stay here and view is beautiful of the bay

You know you’re home the moment you walk in the door. The hospitality is palpable from the door man to the front desk from start to finish. Every detail within the hotel is well thought out with attention to anticipating every customer needs. Kee ip the great job every Filipino can be so proud of.

Located on the beach front, it is indeed a fancy hotel with many exquisite facilities. The rooftop swimming pool is extraordinary. The staff are friendly and efficient in response to questions and requests.
Some room for improvement is still there. We found bottled water is prepared only in some of the rooms of our group and so are the tea kettles.
It is also a bit disappointing to find there is no bath tub in the marble-walled bathroom.

The booking did not expect our expectations, the picture in the site is not true as in personal. Our booking got issue first when check in.

The room wasn't clean when I arrived. Black hair on the floor, in the shower and in the sink. The bed was broke and apparently had been broken many times before because, all the slats were duct taped on. I made a complaint and was told to ask the individuals that was fixing the smoke alarm if they couod fix it. Needless to say I had to keep putting the slats back on just so I could sleep. The couch was disgustingly dirty and the property manager thought it was ok to just put a cover over the couch. There was no regular housekeeping, if I needed someone, I had to WhatsApp the individual that I had been in contact with. There was no place to throw trash away on the floor I was on. A washer was provided to wash clothes, but there was no dryer, no facilities to dry the clothes or any place to hang the clothes so they could dry. The phone in the room had no capability of making outside calls. I could only contact the front desk. Finally, the AC was poor at best. Even after I made a complaint and was told it would be looked at, no one showed up. The wall between the living room and the bedroom was cracked around the door frame. The owners/managers either have no idea how bad the furniture is or they are just cheap. I over paid to rent a condo at the establishment. Very disappointed in the condition if the establishment.

This is a condo and not a hotel. You don't see the daily services that you would receive with the hotel. The unit was only clean one time. I'm not impressed at all! I would not go back to this establishment...very disappointed!!!

I stayed overnight to attend an event in the same building. Overall, the space was very cozy. The room has everything you need. I rented room 1606. Just do not expect a good view from the balcony since its on the right side facing other buildings. But my experience is very commendable. Thanks

I tried to call the owner of the units but she was not answering. Good thing the concierge had another number and we were able to speak to the owner's assistant. The lady was nice but we had to wait for two hours to get the room keys. I don't think I will come back to this hotel again. It was a very bad experience.
