Absolutely wonderful front desk staff who actually care about their customers. Clean rooms, great breakfast with many options. Probably one of the better hotels for breakfast. Lots of places to take your dog to do their business. My only complaint is the dog fee is way too much and a reason I wouldn’t stay here again. It feels greedy and needs to be lowered. Especially when you stay in hotel after hotel with a long trip it gets expensive. Also if you are bringing your dog make sure to bring a blanket or dog bed, the room floors can be uncomfortable without carpet. Wish there is a small rug at least. Minus a star for that and the pet fee! Also there are rusty metal grates near the dog outdoor basket and my old dog fell in and almost hurt himself, be careful with taking your dog outside to relieve them.

This hotel is yhe least expensive Hilton you can get and it shows. Only the essentials. We had a accessible room. There was only one chair and it was a desk chair. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast staff was very efficient and friendly. The breakfast was typical. They only clean your room every-other-day, unless you need something. The room was spacious. I don't know if all of them are or just the accessible ones. The bed was very comfortable.

Really enjoyed our stay here though it was only for one night. It was very clean and we loved how bright and colorful it was. There was foosball and billiards in the lobby which was also cool to have the option of playing games. My only complaint was that the halls smelled like paint but we just assumed it's because the hotel is fairly new. The free breakfast was pretty good as well.

This was a good clean room. Only issue is the wheel in shower for ADA clients. The shower head is in the middle of the shower, but because of this it gets water every where in the bathroom, and the drain in the middle of the bathroom needs to drain better. And another hotel that believes that only two towels are enough. Most women use two towels. One for their hair and the other for their body. So hotels need to do a better job of providing more towels. Especially if the room states to sleep 3 like this one did or any room that states it sleeps 4.

Check in was interesting. The person behind the desk was excellent but had no way to know which room was ready. I was sent to 3 rooms before I landed a room that was clean. Her computer wasn’t upgraded to know clean rooms. Not her fault

They gave us a room beside the mechanical room (109) that was very noisy and we felt a lot of vibration in our room when we wanted to sleep and we had a very bad night after a long drive. Morning when I told that to reception, she didn’t want to even apologize or say sorry she was very rude and that didn’t know anything about customer service. We got a hold of manager and she apologized for our inconvenience.
