We arrived 2 hours later than the 3 pm check-in and are room was not ready. They offered a different room after waiting another 30 minutes while they were supposed to get are room finished. Then they just offered a king with a pull out sofa instead of the 2 queen bed room. The air conditioning was loud.

We were escaping hurricane Milton from the West Coast. We stayed four nights, six of us and two rooms, and it was very accommodating and very centrally located to many different places to go explore! Breakfast was a little pricey for what they offered, but We had a mini fridge in the room so we were able to buy breakfast items to eat in our room.

Everything was good except we were up most of the night due to the noise of loud music. I’m assuming there was a bar or event somewhere near our room and it was bad. We didn’t sleep at all.

My recent stay at Aloft Coral Gables was nothing short of fantastic! From the moment I walked in, the modern and chic design immediately caught my eye. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that every need was met with a smile.
The room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities I could ask for. The bed was super comfortable, and I loved the stylish décor. The location is perfect—right in the heart of Coral Gables, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and attractions within walking distance.
The bar downstairs was a great spot to unwind after a long day, with a lively atmosphere and delicious drinks. The pool area was also a highlight, offering a relaxing space to soak up the Florida sun.
Overall, Aloft Coral Gables exceeded my expectations. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, this hotel is an excellent choice. I can't wait to return!

The room felt small, the air conditioning was colder than the thermostat set temp, the toilet was broken and ran all night causing a loss of sleep.

The hotel is in really good condition, it is clean and the area is safe and beautiful. I was given a room that was extremely cold. Maintenance came to the room and told me it centrally controlled. They did give me extra blankets. Parking is expensive. Overall it was a good experience.

I booked this hotel because I’m familiar with the Aloft brand. I was disappointed to see all of these bad reviews and was honestly expecting the worst. My stay couldn’t have been better. It was 5 stars and I don’t understand why there’s so many low star reviews recently. I would happily stay here again

Room was supposed to be a suite, it was a small room with a narrow hallway with a bathroom, not a suite. Bought an included breakfast & they didn’t show it, denied free breakfast 2 days in a row. Expedia called twice to try & fix.
