The hotel is modern and clean. Staff are very helpful and it was easy to get help or answers to queries. Parking is on the road but a security guard watches the cars during the night. Wifi was down on arrival but was sorted out quickly and was available in our room. There is a good selection of restaurants nearby.

Great hotel for staycation! It'll be even better if complimentary car park coupon would be provided.

The stay was much better than expected. State-of-the-art security (locked main doors, card key access required for lift and room door) in a quite neighbourhood was a really big plus point. Basic room comfort with hairdryer provided for the females. No complaints for the price one pays for a night stay. Good variety of local hawker food just across the road for morning breakfast. My only negative point - the receptionist claimed that my booking reservation through hotels.com showed 1 room instead of 2 when clearly i had paid for 2 rooms. While it was eventually resolved because i insisted she checked on her end, it left a bad distaste for the night, even after attending a wedding dinner. Future guests might want to check and confirm with the hotel prior to arrival.

the water heater is spoil, when I bath until half it automatic turn to cold water.

It’s quite clean and looks quite new hotel- only toilet flush button not very effective need to press harder... I’ve told the staff n he immediately called to repair... its very good place to stay!

Stayed for 2 nights it wasn't too bad, didn't know that the Japanese Deluxe was in the middle of the walkway so I can hear noises quite loud. Place looks quite new but the road within the hotel area is kinda bad so drive carefully as there's a lot of pot holes. As for the room itself is simple and neat looking, the only down side is that I can't get any coverage for my phone. Not too sure if it's the location problem or the room problem.

We like the minimalist design that looks clean & fresh. Bed is firm. Bathroom would be better with having hooks to hang clothes. Also it will be helpful to have a toilet paper holder somewhere. Location is suitable for our purpose to go to Aeon Tebrau City & enjoy dining nearby. We are glad that they have a guard to keep an eye on guests vehicles parked nearby.

Overall experience is great. Clean and comfortable. Near to aeon tebrau, tesco and IKEA.

We booked the most expensive room that comes with the jacuzzi however it was faulty, there was no hot water. We informed the hotel staff, they were very slow in assisting us and I had to call them up thrice personally as they left us hanging with the excuse that they needed to discuss further first. Ultimately, they couldnt do anything for us as they claimed that theres only 1 room in the entire hotel that features a jacuzzi in the room, and the only thing they can do for us is to downgrade us to a cheaper room with no refund or compensation for the higher price we have paid, no late check out or anything to compensate us. Was a terrible experience.

Never disappoint me, a very pleasant stay, will come back again, I hope that the room rate won’t be raised.

Staff was friendly towels were very clean. Except no shavers for guys. Nonetheless perfect money worth. Thank you
