This was a nice clean room with a good shower.

The manager was in a room behind the check in counter and did not come out until I called out. One of the two elevators was not working, which at times, caused a longer than normal wait time. The bed and pillows were too soft. They had to be worn out. I've never experienced that in a quality hotel before. My wife likes a fuel mattress and couldn't sleep much at all. The buffet breakfast food was cold and not good at all. The coffee was also like warm at best. My wife did like the Jacuzzi tub.

Great room! We had an accessible room with a King bed and pull out couch which worked out really well for our family. The property was clean and the staff was friendly. Would definitely come back!

The hotel was so clean from the front lobby to the rooms. I was very impressed. The rooms had all the modern touches like extra plug ins and single cup coffee maker. The beds are cozy and clean. The shade was a great touch as there was no light coming though. The hotel was quiet also. Over all fantastic stay!

For us staying at a Hilton is splurge. Our needs were met, but unfortunately somewhat disappointing. Room was clean and comfortable. We were traveling with a dog and it was a very long walk from the room to an exterior door. Also traveling with a granddaughter so stayed in a suite to give her some privacy, but there is no door for separation at all. There is also no fan in the bathroom, so sound effects were available to all. And for the price, it would have been nice to have breakfast included.

The hotel is nice however I didn’t realize there would be an additional charge for my pet. Lesson learned for me I might as well have booked the cabin for the price that I paid, which did not even include free breakfast. We go to pigeon Forge quite a bit will likely stay in a cabin next time as a result.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. The restaurant was delicious! The only thing that would be nice is if the ac wasn't one of the old school units (although it did have a thermostat). Every time it kicked on in the middle of the night it would wake me up. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay here.

Upon check in I was told they are a pet friendly hotel. I asked for a non pet friendly room and was told ALL rooms are pet friendly. I also stepped in dog feces in the hallway. I told the front desk all they did was apologize and said for about a year now all Hilton properties are pet friendly. I was not happy.

This property is great for families with kids. The pool is great for the kids. I do wish there were towel out for us to use at the pool.

Would not stay here again. Cereal on the floor of our room when we came in. Outside patio furniture was filthy and left stains on our clothes. Front desk staff was indifferent. Also, if you do not clean rooms, at least refresh coffee and tea products each day or leave extra.

The mattresses were extremely uncomfortable we had to go buy a mattress topper to be able to sleep, then someone just walked in hotel and the manager said well it happens that person broke the door handle. Needless we will not stay there again !!

We usually always stay at The Hilton Garden in TN but this was the first time we were unhappy with the condition of the hotel. Our door wouldn’t open. We had to hit the door with our body in order to get it open and the same in order to close it. There was tile broken on the floor and we had a 1 year old learning to walk so made us nervous because we didn’t know if anymore trim tile would break off. The hot water went out and we couldn’t shower. Our key wouldn’t work to let us in the pool and no towels for the pool area. The hot tub was lukewarm. Overall, very upset with the stay and cost for a weekend for it to be poorly kept.
