I liked the convivence of the location. It was near many options for dining and services. Easy to get to and the staff was very polite, professional and listened very well to all questions asked. I rode the elevator on the property and it was fairly hot (not sure why). It would be nice to have instructions on how to switch the settings on the television. I asked the young lady at the desk when checking out the issue I had and she explained there is a switch on the set that changes some of the settings on it. It could be added to the 1 page explanation I received when I checked in or some note in the room itself.

Excellent atmosphere

When I walked in the room, I notice the floor felt wet.

Most concerning was that my room door did not immediately lock when I’d close it from the outside upon leaving. It would eventually lock, but I’d have to stand there waiting to be sure. Also, the floors of the room reeked of chemicals and somehow remained both wet and tacky for the entirety of my one-night stay. And the elevator was not operational while I was there.

Deborah the Property Manager is a breath of fresh air. We’ve been guests here at the Tampa/Brandon Property for several nights and Deborah always goes above and beyond to make sure our stay is a great one. Her front desk staff definitely takes after her. She is without a doubt a huge asset to the company. Thanks Deborah!

Never book with Expedia again you don’t have a customer service. Your virtual system doesn’t get back to you. You don’t have a phone number and you don’t even even have a Support email. It’s disgusting. Expedia is a danger zone.

We have been staying here at the Extended Stay America in Tampa/Brandon for a while and we have been quite pleased with the property and level of service. The front desk crew deserves a shout out because of their willingness to help and go the extra mile. Props to Ashley, Talia and Victor. These staff members were hired, trained and mentored by their great leader Deborah. Deborah who is the Manager has gone above and beyond during our stay and she has made our lives easier and more enjoyable with the guest service she and her staff has provided.

Bathroom had live insects in the bathtub. The shower barely worked and there was no shampoo provided.

Great location just not enough restaurants in the area over all nice hotel. But get there before 10pm the lobby shuts down..

Dirty rooms , tabaco and marihuana smell in the rooms , noisy , ac does not work , and at the entrance there were 4 guys with no shirt smoking marihuana , bad experience

The only rooms available were on the fourth floor and the elevator was broken. We said ok and took the stairs. There was a man at the top of the stairs, just hanging out, who made us (my daughter & I) uneasy. We went into our room and were instantly overwhelmed with a powerful smell of stale cigarettes. I told my daughter to wait in the room “lock the door behind me” and I’d get a key for another room. I took the stairs down and back up - the man still at the top of the stairs - and went to the new room. It had a different undesirable odor and a cockroach on the counter when we walked in. I decided we would not stay there. We gathered our things and left. The facility was smelly and didn’t feel clean but ultimately I did not feel safe. It was 10pm when we got there, 1030pm ish when we left. I would not recommend staying there. Finally, when we came downstairs to leave I told the front desk we didn’t feel safe and wanted a refund. She told me Expedia would need to issue the refund. I reached out to Expedia that night and they said the property had to issue the refund but they would help with process. This was 4 days ago. Today I received an email that the property would not refund my charge.

Over all you get what you pay for, was traveling through for work. Desk closes at 10pm so if you’re planing a late check in, be prepared to wait a while. Other than that it’s an ok hotel.

It was past checking hours when we arrived and the gentleman came to assist us with a nice and pleasant attitude.

stayed at the property for business purposes, but unfortunately, I couldn't get much work done. The room was in a horrible condition—rundown and seemingly out of order, yet they still placed me there. It was unacceptable; no one should have stayed in that room. They took my money, yet I didn't even have a chair to sit in. The toilet was clogged, and they blamed it on town work outside, but it made for a terrible stay. The place seemed outdated and had too many animals around, which was a problem for my asthma. I ended up moving to another property of theirs. Disappointing experience. will never go back to this place.

It was a safe enough location and very convenient to highways and stores.

I paid for a deluxe king with full size sofabed. There was no sofa only place to sit other than the bed was a chair tgat looked like a cat had shredded it. T h e elevators did not work, and to top it all off tgere were roaches in tge roommuch less sofa bed. T h e

I requested a reservation for three people and we receive the service for only two people. The elevator did not work and the people with desabilities was include with me in the reservation couldnt up to the room. There are some employess who are not able to deal with a costumer.

Checking process after hours is not convenient. A lot of noise from other rooms. Not a place to relax. Just something quick for a night or two.

Good and clean

I felt safe enough. Guests were a mature bunch. People minding their business and polite.

One week stay; elevator was out of service for most of that time. Carpets were nasty, overall upkeep was not good. Staff was friendly and location was good, but overall condition of the property makes it a one star.

Quite satisfied

I paid to much for the issues I’m experiencing. I drove 8 hours to get to the hotel and no ice machines work. I had to go to the nearest gas station to get ice. AND the elevators were broke! I had to make several trips up the stairs in order to get all my luggage in the room. I feel that if they know there was these many issues, the price should have been lower since i didn’t utilized everything.

I was in town for business and this was perfect! Clean and convenient! The staff was great:)
