everything went fine until the morning when we checked out. my husband went down to breakfast. he was going to grab me something when he came up to the room. they started taking away all the food before 10 am. and he went up to get something to bring me and they would not let him order anything because it was exactly 10 am. We have stayed with this hotel for years. whoever is in charge of the morning breakfast has changed. not friendly ,very curt. miss the people they use to have

We never got to use our reservation, also we tried to let someone else have it. No takers. we caught covid and lost our 170.00. Since Expedia has a no refund policy. Never again.

Our whole stay was really great until checkout. The hotel and room was very nice, reasonably priced, and the majority of the staff we interacted with were very friendly. However, the girl working the front desk at checkout was very rude. I’m not sure what I did, she was very nice to the people in front of me (including a person who actually cut the line in front of me) but when I got up there, she barely spoke a few words to me. Didn’t ask how our stay was like she did everyone else checking out in front of me, not even a thank you. I even said thank you to her at the end, and she responded with “yep”. Everyone else was great, but that girl needs an attitude check.

Everything was great except housekeeping needs to be more thorough. The next patrons shouldn’t find “personal” items in the corner of the bathroom.

Staff is excellent. Property is modern and clean. Breakfast is above the standard. Nightly reception is hidden in a back room and has 1 staff member working (who is excellent) but understaffed. Beds are so hard we slept terribly for 3 nights. If you’re a side sleeper the beds might be too hard. This is just a personal preference and most hotels have beds on the hard side. Suite rooms provide ample space for families.

We booked in a last minute trip. Our room had 2x queen size beds, a living area with table/desk. This was exactly what we needed as we had both planned to work some of the time we were there. There was a mini fridge and microwave.
The breakfast in the morning was excellent, they will make an omelet how you want, there is also fresh fruit, oatmeal, yogurt, waffles that you make, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage a full complete breakfast that's included with the stay.
The beds we fairly comfortable. The rooms were clean. If I had to give one complaint it would be the rooms need more air circulation.
Next time we come to Utah we will stay here again.

Pool and spa were small and not ventilated well, very loud and hard to breathe in there. Food was great especially the omelettes but the two ladies who made the omelettes were not friendly. Staff was otherwise friendly and helpful. The evening reception was nice too. Strange location!

If your staying in the West Jordan area or salt lake in general this is the best place! We have stayed here twice and will continue to do so anytime we have to stay in the area. It is hands down our favorite! I’m very picky on cleanliness and this facility is very clean! We love that it has everything you need to stay comfortable and that the bed is in its separate area. Beds are super comfortable and clean. The location is great! It’s nice and quiet and safe with easy secure parking. I would definitely recommend for any kind of trip your taking and would be great for families

I have stayed here multiple times now because I really do like the hotel! I feel like the rooms are great and the prices for those rooms are very reasonable. The only thing I don't love is that I have to park and go in and check in before I can get the key to the parking garage.

Staff was nice, breakfast is great, enjoyed the 12pm checkout. Parking is a pain especially if you are in an oversized vehicle. The oversized parking is very limited and based on what you drive you could not fit in parking garage. Great stay overall
