I notified Expedia and hotel that. I will stay only 2 days instead of 3 days. I didn’t get a refund even though I requested 5 days before my stay. Location is good but propert is very old and dark rooms.

Very minimalistic room with basic necesseties. the walls are very thin, so you can hear a nail drop two rooms away.

The property is super well located. Remote check in was easy and the only thing I struggled with a bit was opening the keybox that contained the keys to the room - but mostly out of my own lack of motor skills I guess. The room and bathroom are not super spacious but are correct for a 1 star hotel. Bathroom seems to be freshly renovated and room was not bad either. Has all amenities you need for a hotel that level. Bed is comfortable and shower has good pressure. The only issue I found was that indeed the room was not at all soundproof so you could hear the people in the corridor/other rooms. Perhaps not a good option for longer stays but for me who was there for just one night, it was amazing price/quality ratio.

Great central location, clean, friendly staff, coffee, tea and snack options are delightful to guests. Check-in after hours is confusing.

Very simple and small rooms, but in the great area of restaurants, shops and close to the metro. Very walkable and we felt safe everywhere. This is a no-frills place, but we slept well and thats what we needed. Thank you

It's safe, clean, quiet! I loved the area , I saw childrens going to school , a supermarket nearby, everyone was friendly when I was asking for directions . You feel at home!

For the price you get a clean room shower and all the noise around. This is a place to rest and go.

For a hostel it was very clean and unique. It was not to small for 2 people. I have been in smaller rooms than this one and I have to say this have been the best.

a few minutes walk from station it have 10steps up to the street ,its the tips for u the apartment a bit old and looks same as the pic dont put high expectations, everything was standard, they dont change the bed sheet and refill the bathroom ' stuff every day so u have to rquest & the mattress not hard enough thought it should be used for a while.....the nice things was the shower very strong, have coffee machine & some cakes in the room , many restaurants & bars around by the way they provide the service of storage with yr luggages in case u need

Very nice property. Totally exceeded our expectations. Great location, 20 minutes walk to all major sites in Madrid. Quite street. Adequate sized rooms, everything is new, hardwood floors. The only kind of negative thing is the carpet in the hall, a little stained. Highly recommend this hotel.

Good, budget hotel, with clean rooms and nice friendly staff. Not the largest room you will ever stay in but good central location and surprisingly quiet considering it's location.

The location was wonderful. We had difficulty getting into the reception as you have to ring a buzzer, we were not aware of that so it took some time to figure out. Coffee or tea but not in great supply and selection was not good. Muffins were less than one bite.

The pictures you see on the website are not what you will see when you get there. The entire place smells like cigarette smoke, it is the first thing you smell when you walk in. The towels have the same smell and you don’t feel clean after you have taken a shower. The walls on extremely thin. Every time the front desk phone would ring I though it was in my room. You can hear everything outside your room and they can heat everything going on inside yours. They night I stayed here was very hot, my AC unit didn’t work, I went to look for the person I charge for the night and she told me she didn’t know how to fix it and even how to operate it, she said, “oh well”, Openkng the windows didn’t help, it was probably the worst night in my life. The room doesn’t have enough power outlets, the mini fridge was disconnected and a lamp was plugged in, this meant everything inside the fridge had gone to waste but. O one bothered to look and make sure everything was ok. The only way to look your room when you are inside is to use the key the provide for you, in an emergency if you can’t find your keys, you won’t get out. The only good thing about this hotel is the location. Very close to two metro stations.

Great location, close to everything. Lits of restaurants and business to visit and close to several attractions. Very good customer service. The building and the rooms are small though but the bathroom was nice.Great for a 1 or 2 days visit.
