Nice and helpful front desk, breakfast was very basic and not so good, house keeping was bad, we have to remind them few times to clean the room.

Room was very spacious with sofa and armchair. Small kitchen was good. Beds little bit too hard for me. Stunning view. Very nice place! Breakfast basic, but it was complimentary. Easy parking. (Lift to the room from garage.) Front desk staff ok, not so friendly but ok. Would recommend!

1 little problem. Housekeeping didnt do our room for one day and when i reported it to reception , she mentioned she doesn't know because it wasnt her morning shift and she can send us towels but never did.

I’ve been to this hotel before this is why I choice it again. It’s clean friendly staff and is very close to New York City. It’s a great hotel and close to a lot of shopping too.

Our stay was nice, staff was excellent and the room clean. While it looked relatively new the interiors seemed a little slapdashed (card reader to the pool and revolving door didn’t work, wall mounted accessories were pulling off the wall from poor install). We booked a room for 5 but didn’t get extra linens until we requested, not a huge deal but for the price a little annoying. We really appreciated the valet parking.

This hotel is top notch and they cost good dollars for that kind of money you think you would get excellent service. The beds were terrible. They were hard and no one gave a damn I will not be staying here and Hilton ever again.

I booked this because of the high reviews but I cannot agree with those. Not that anything was bad it was just not a particular as a lot of other reviewers were mentioning. For instance the carpets appear stained, the mattress was pulling me to the center, the fitted sheet didn't stay on the mattress.I approached the front desk three times to get a stove top fan to turn off, it was still running when we left.

Decent hotel but they overbooked rooms and did not have a room available for us at check-in. Stated they needed more time to clean our room, we went for supper and came back and our room was still not available. I then asked if they even had the room we booked available and they said no. They were able to get us in to a different room stating they would comp us and give us a free night...this was in July 2024...yet to see this refund!

SO I’M GONNA PREFACE THIS BY SAYING THAT LENNY WAS THE ONE WHO FIXED THE SITUATION ENOUGH FOR US TO CONTINUE OUR STAY. WE CHECKED IN WITH THE PROMISE OF TWO CRIBS SINCE WE HAD TWO BABIES OF THE SAME AGE WITH US. WE ONLY GOT ONE CRIB. WE WERE LIVID BUT KEPT IT AS CALM AS POSSIBLE. LENNY TOOK CARE OF US BY OFFERING A COUPLE OF THINGS THAT MADE UP FOR THE MISTAKE AND SPOKE TO US IN A WAY THAT FELT COMFORTABLE AND PROFESSIONAL. IF YOU HAVE ONE BABY THIS HOTEL IS A GOOD OPTION FOR A GOOD PRICE.

The location is convenient to the NYC area if you are traveling by car. Parking is on-site, secure, and included in the room rate. Unfortunately, housekeeping and maintenance is shoddy. Our room had a used coffee pod in the machine and not enough pods or cups for the number of people registered to stay in the unit. The sofa was soiled, and the ceiling fan made loud noise so could not be used when sleeping.

We stayed in the Homewood Suites for a night, and the room was fabulous, it was clean,it was very big and ot even came with a kitchen, the only thing I didn't like about our suite was the very little about of towels, it gave us 3 towels and we were a family of 6. We will definitely be back when we are around New York or New Jersey.

Our stay was amazing ! Conveniently located near NYC! Very courteous staff! We loved all of the great convenience it provides with the garage being located in the hotel. We loved the relaxing verandas they have! Great workout room ! Very good breakfast!

Best place I stayed at in New Jersey. Everyone was so nice and understandable. Always greeted with a smile. Valet service was perfect. Room is spacious, clean and have everything you will need. Very impressed and I will make sure to stay in this place when I get back to New Jersey.

Room cleanliness needs to be improved, the bed covers had a funny smell, and the A/C unit was not cooling: they didn’t have on property someone to check it. The bed mattress was very soft and could already feel some coils.

The hotel is amazing at all. Just the woman in the front desk was not so good 😕. She took almost 30 minutes to find my reservation and also told me that I haven't paid for it. But, again, the hotel is Amazing
