I love the location except that you have to go around because it is located in route 4E a major highway in NJ. I have been staying there for the last 2 years but now they are charging parking fee $13 a day. Therefore I will not go back.

Room was very clean and spacious. Furniture was in excellent condition and the bed was comfortable. Chromecast large TV was a bonus. Front staff was very friendly and accommodating. Most of the other hotels in the area are dated, but not this Hyatt Place. Would only stay here when visiting NY or NJ.

This is a good hotel to stay at if you need a jumping off point to go to New York City especially Harlem because it's right near the George Washington bridge the only downside to this was you're right by the freeway and there is a little bit of freeway noise you can hear if you're facing the freeway

Hotel is okay but only stay here if you have a car there is no other way of accessing the hotel! Bus stop has been moved to an inaccessible by foot due to roadworks! Gym was shut as well

Hotel is Hyatt standard, clean, accesible and confortable. The front desk guy who did my check in could have been more accomodate. They did charge me for overnight parking without me having a car so they refunded. Aside from that it is a convenient location

Too crowded at breakfast. Only one line in a small area that slows everyone down and causes fights and anger to break out.

The room advertised for 6 people is actually good for 2-3 people.

Very inconvenient with too many detours and extra miles to make to get to the hotel. The front main auto door makes squeaky sound when it opens that sounds like someone screaming. We stayed for 4 nights. None of the stuff ever greeted three of us at any time. The house keeping stuff spoke zero English.

We booked for 6 people 2 queen with sofa pull out bed. There’s no additional pillow and blankets. Sofa bed is very uncomfortable and bathroom has no vent.

Staff was very sweet and accommodating. Allowed me to work in a quiet space on the 9th floor, while waiting for checkin. The rooms were lovely. Clean. Fort Lee is right off the highway and there was always traffic and noise. There was no view.

We are coming from Maryland and were unsure if the area would be family friendly and safe, but it is a great location, clean, elegant, the room was pristine, the staff was friendly and accommodating. We could not be happier with our stay.
