This bed and breakfast was lovely. the location was perfect, the owners were attentive and the cream croissants were the best we had in Italy.

Great place to stay. Included breakfast and had an outside patio for the guests. The room was very small, but your not there to stay in the room all day. The town is absolutely beautiful. Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. I would book this little gem in a heartbeat.

Such nice staff and the breakfast was wonderful! Our room was very spacious. The only issue we had was some street noise, but it really wasn’t a huge deal. Great local about a 15 minute walk from the train station.

I would highly recommend this property. The hospitality was top notch! Our room was spacious, beautiful and comfortable. Breakfast was full and substantial. There were fruits, pastries, coffee, tea and filtered water available through the day. The terrace over the street was lovely and we often relaxed there.

The stay at this hotel was great! Our hotel room was clean, the breakfast was amazing, and they even had a sparking water generating machine in their common area. 5 stars.

This place was truly a treasure. Highly recommended. Everything about it was wonderful. It is a bed and breakfast in an old classic multi-floor building with high ceilings and wonderful architecture. We had a roomy king room just off the shared terrace, which is a very nice place to eat the wonderful breakfast they served, and to look down over one of the main streets of old town Monterroso. The location is excellent. The staff was extremely accommodating and helpful. The room had great AC, a comfortable mattress, and a beautiful Italian fresco painting on the ceiling! Wow. Please note that the entrance is on the second floor, and the king bed in our room was upstairs in a beautiful loft, so a few flights of stairs are involved. The breakfast was really wonderful, with fresh cappuccino and fruit and a wide variety of quality breakfast choices. What a wonderful place to experience an authentic and unique Cinque Terre trip. Wonderful location in the heart of Monterosso. Beautiful & peaceful terrace for breakfast each morning. Our room was very small/quaint, but it was clean & well kept. The front desk/breakfast service was always lovely & very kind. Overall good value for the price.

Lovely family owned 6 room hotel with beautiful shared dining terrace looking down on Via Roma. We loved our Monterosso room with alfresco ceiling-but beware - King bed is upstairs in the open loft with bathroom downstairs so you must be comfortable with stairs. Giovanni was up to serve espresso or cappuccinos every morning and offer fresh fruit cups along with the nice Italian style buffet. Would definitely stay again! Feel fortunate to have enjoyed it for 4 nights.

The owner was super friendly and helpful. He stayed late to let me in and provided suggestion on how to get around. He also was great with hospitality with breakfast to fresh water etc. I would stay here again for sure!

It was a delightful stay. Giovanni and Stefani made us feel at home and were very courteous, friendly, and accommodating. The facility was clean. We loved their breakfast, including healthy and hearty food, especially the flaky pastries. Absolutely loved its terrace, which is so beautiful, a terrific place to have breakfast and hang out. Shopping and good restaurants are nearby. Very convenient and safe location to walk everywhere. Highly recommend this B&B.

Absolutely loved it! Perfect location, Clean, Spacious rooms, Great breakfast, 2 minute walk to the beach and 10 minute walk from Monterosso train station.

The hotel is centrally located. The terrace provided a relaxing spot for breakfast, it has a variety of plants that add to its beauty. Giovanni’s yogurt fruit bowls and eggs were a tasty addition to the breakfast. The room was beautiful, the ceiling was impressive and our room had a nice view looking down to the street.

Locanda Il Maestrale was a wonderful stay, Giovanni and the staff made us feel very welcome and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The location was in my favorite part of Cinque Terre and I loved the restaurants in town. I’d definitely recommend staying here, they made my stay great.
