Location is good with value price. Rooms are clean and facilities are convenient. But check-in process was not a good experience

Staff came for room cleaning while I was still in the room. I asked them to come back in 20 minutes, but they seemed to understand neither English or Japanese, and just gave up and failed to provide any service whatsoever.

Relatively good location for the price. Room was small, as expected but we made it work for our family of four. The only thing I didn’t like what the community area is not open before 11am so we had to eat our breakfast in the room and couldn’t access cold water machine.

Quite close to what seems to be a major shopping street (lots of brand name shops and Pokemon Centre, Nintendo store and a Disney store) all within about a 20min walk from the hotel. Close to a train station too.

Good location to go around the city sites. Restaurants close by are very good. Room is clean. Bed was hard and was only given 1 pillow so hard to fall asleep. The hallways need to be updated. They don’t clean the room daily just come in to give new towels and empty trash.

It was very nice and quiet, staff came in when we left exploring and cleaned our room, bring fresh towels and necessities for our room. I would recommend staying here!

This hotel was decent but very bare bones. The room and bathroom are tiny. The beds are very hard and they give you one pillow. They don’t clean your room other than to empty the garbage and give new towels (only one per person). The hall and elevator area need a good vacuum. It was okay but probably wouldn’t stay here again.

Photographs viewed while booking the hotel were deceiving. The room had no closet or drawers. Last five nights rooms were half price than what i paid. Very noisy room facing an intersection. I would not stay there again. Staff was excellent

Stay for 3 nights. New and clean hotel. Great location with 7 Eleven, Family Mart, Daiso and many restaurant around. Subway station just 10 minutes walk. And bus station is just outside of hotel. Not far away from Kyoto station.

Location is good, 3 mins walk to train station and bus is accessible to main tourist area. The shower is strong with massage points. Size of room is ok compared to Japanese standard room. We were eligible for one time service over 6 nights stay, service is fine but not detailed. We lost our laundry bag due to staff picked up with dirty towel. But staff did not speak English, unable to get it back. Bed and pillow are hard not comfortable. Short stay is ok, May not choose for long stay. Currently the restaurant is not closed too.

The room was a little small but the hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. There is a washer/dryer on site that includes detergent in the price. Easy access to public transportation and a 7 eleven just outside was very convenient.

The hotel doesn’t provide you housekeeping which is very inconvenient if you are staying more than 2 days as you will need to dedicate some time to clean your room.
They only provide you with clean towels that by the way are small and not of good quality.
Don’t loose your key. To replace it you will have to pay USD 20.
