The hotel itself was nice and the room was good. The single glazed windows meant you could hear the road noise and the music from the sunken bar (we think) on the Saturday night. You were near most things and the sea view was nice.

Had a lovely time. It was very windy, and was nice to listen to the waves. Good that the dogs were welcome too.

Property is clean and quiet and well located to walk around hastings. The rooms are a bit small but for the price good value for money and the rooms are clean and newly renovated.

This hotel has had a complete makeover and has been done to a good standard. Lovely views of the seafront and the pier. There was some road noise in the room but did not bother us, the comfy bed soon sent us off to sleep. One issue was no hot water during our stay, but we were only there a couple of nights (one of them Sunday) and I am sure the problem would have been sorted if we asked. There is parking outside the hotel, but only free between 8pm and 9am and spaces are limited.

The hotel was clean and staff welcoming. However we had a smell of drainage from the bathroom. TV could be more updated. More teabags and another bin in the main room would be helpful.

It was too cold for a winter stay but would return in summer or with hot water bottles and extra blankets. Bathroom was nice with a good shower. Tea etc was topped up when the room was made up nicely. You can hear everything in adjacent rooms. It's OK as long as reasonably priced.

Helpful check in, comfortable, clean room with great sea views. Slight traffic noise, unfortunately but it is by a busy road. Great location with a short walk to the old town. like many places these days, no breakfast, which is a shame but there's a cafe very close by and many other eateries.

The hotel was lovely the receptionist was very polite, the room was clean and modern and the bed was comfy. We woke up and had a lovely cup of coffee looking at the sea view. Would highly recommend

Amazing staff, very very clean, shower nice and hot and some rooms have an amazing seaview! Nothing is too much trouble for the ladies here. Superb and cannot wait to go back!! A+++++

Lovely updated and very clean. Worth a visit. Close to both new and old town of Hastings and all the attractions.

Great views of the beach, clean room but found hairs in the bed.

Nice enough room with a great location and sea view. Unfortunately, the wifi stopped working both mornings we were there, and also the hot water was pretty lukewarm - luckily it was good weather so bearable, but not comfortable.

Very helpful. We checked in late. But needed extra duvet. It was brought up straight away. Family room was little cramped but nothing we couldnt manage.

We stayed 25/08/21 on arrival was given a key to room and told fob was to get in front door and was given a piece of paper with wi if password and was told room on top floor NO have a nice stay nothing Got to room and there was a awful smell from bathroom like filthy drains and the was no WiFi. The bed my as well been removed it was like laying on the floor. Lights bulbs one out of 3 worked and the lamp on the room flickered then went of. There were battery-operated candle lights and batteries were dead. It was a sea view with a window that only open 6” Shower wasn’t very big pictures made it look much nicer and bigger which it wasn’t Bed was ment to be a double more like a large single bed so not a very good stay very uncomfortable Did ask staff bout WiFi but they wasn’t to interested On leaving the next day just a box to put in room key self checkout Staff rude a polite thank you how was your stay would of been nice Overall will not be returning to this poor hotel I wouldn’t even give it three stars that it says one would be quite enough
