Really nice place, way better standards than hotels in the area, extremely centric and staff are super friendly. Definitely recommend and will stay there again!

Wow. I was speechless when I went inside the property. What a beautiful arquitercture well done. And the staff, super nice and friendly. I love Jorge Luis he took care of everything for me.

We were really well received by the Boutique staff. They were very friendly and helpful. The place is close to a lot of interesting icons of Old Havana. They were very attentive and the breakfast was really good. We enjoyed at full scale the two days we spent there.

Jorge and Ingrid gave a very personal touch to our stay. Can recommend REV Boutique as a great place to stay in Havanna old town!

THIS IS A SCAM, there are no rooms available and it's not vacant. They took my payment and didn't contact me that they were no longer open since COVID. I arrived with my sister to the place and it was in an apt complex that was hard to find. No one knew where this place was, not even the locals. When we finally found it, it was in a sketchy building. We knew we arrived at the destination was because it matched the confirmation email address and it had the REV sign in front of the apartment room. Also, a man was occupying the property opened the door and stated he was gonna contact the property manager because the room was no longer vacant. He called a women who reportedly stated she was in charge of the property and said the rooms were not vacant AND this happen to another pair of girls. It was a scary experience being in Cuba where the internet is hard to access if you do not have a card and we were walking all around Havana trying to find a place to stay. I do not want anyone to undergo this stress in a foreign country! SO DON'T BOOK HERE!

Great little hotel in old Havana. The team are friendly, the rooms modern, stylish and comfortable. Don’t be out off by the entrance as the hotel is built in a courtyard between apartments. Very stylish hotel! Definitely recommend and stay again if I was in the area

We couldn't have asked for a better place. Clean, beautiful, peaceful (charmingly designed), and yet located in the middle of the hustle bustle of Havana Vieja, which is most definitely the place to be in Havana (don't try other hoods). BUT most of all our stay wouldn't be the same without amazing TANIA who manages the place with so much wisdom, grace, and kindness. Oh dear, she made our stay 10 times better. She told us so much about Cuba and the city, giving information and tips, always patient and with a (real) smile.We already miss her. Seriously, I almost want to keep this place my hidden secret, but they do deserve all our compliments.

For the money we pay (over 250$a night ) it is a injustice to call this place a hotel- boutique or otherwise. Questionable internet, hot water and often plugged toilets. The entry to the establishment fits an army base. $40. Or $50. A night- very disappointing.

REV hotell is a super nice and cosy small boutique hotell in the heart of old havanna. We stayed for 3 nights and absolutely loved it. Rooms are very clean and modern and the price is reasonable compared to the other high-end hotels in the area. The biggest highlight though is definitely the staff that work there. They were the best! Especially Miguel, he was so helpful and kind to us. He took time (even on his days off) to help us book our transportation and accommodation to other parts of Cuba. Highly recommended!!

We booked this property coming back from Viñales, it was incredibly difficult to find with no signage on the street and a very small sign within the building it’s situated. The courtyard area of the property was beautiful, but our room was tiny. Neither of us were able to open our suitcases on the floor, and there was very little room to even store them closed. The bathroom was tiny with a shower over the toilet situation. The photos of this room were deceptive and we were disappointed with the lack of any space in the room. Staff were not overly helpful, we had a cold shower when we first arrived and asked staff to fix this. We later found out they had turned the hot water off and the pilot light had gone out. No one explained this at the time, nor apologised. Overall very disappointed with our stay here considering the price.

Hard to find and the phone number didn’t work, but such an amazing place! Definitely worth the “effort”. Helpful staff and a quiet room in this part of town is not easy to come by.
