Good stay was attending LSU game

When I first got there, they gave me a key to someone else’s room, then the next day, my key randomly stopped working. The breakfast was mid and the service was lackluster. I will never stay here again.

Check in was fast and friendly, hotel was super clean and ease of getting to the location was great!

Nice new facility. Very good hotel breakfast was i cluded. 24 hour coffee. Excellent staff. Negatives were hard bed, small, awkward desk, and freeway noise.

No closet no convenient drawers they were under the beds the toilet was so low like for a child pegs on the wall to hang your clothes it was like Motel 6 but twice the money $130 if the price were $70 it would be worth it now breakfast the coffee was like hot water and than they ran out of butter I’ll never stay in a Tru Hilton agy

Second time staying at the Tru - fantastic staff and great location.

Wonderful room and comfortable bed. Front desk allowed me to check in late, due to me getting stuck in traffic. Great atop on my road trip.

The property was very clean. The rooms were spacious and well done. The breakfast was good and plentiful. The staff, especially Precious, was very friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable.

Checked in hotel. Room was extremely small. I’ve stayed in numerous hotels that have made this one look pathetic. King size bed was very uncomfortable. Used usehotel.com gift cards in advance. Hotel tried double charging and is still unsettled.

This property has potential, even for the price point. Everything was clean and spacious. We don’t need the frills but would like some creature comforts. The beds are terrible, just putting that out there. Obviously the comforter isn’t being cleaned bc it smelled like BO. The beds are hard and my shoulders and hips were hurting in the night, which caused my husband and me to wake up many times. The curtains should have been explained at check in bc I was looking for a cord to pull or trying to pull down the curtain, to no avail.… and didn’t realize that there is a button on the wall that controlled the curtain… never looked for that and certainly wasn’t told about it so I thought it was what it was and we didn’t get a choice… sooooo sunshine waking us up first thing in the morning… The drain in the shower is broken and so the tub filled up with water but my husband was able to prop it open with a rag when he showered… Just little things would make this hotel better. Not expecting plush but things working would be nice…

The beds were very hard! There was constant noise throughout the night of kids running and slamming doors the breakfast was slim pickings

Nice staff, but not overall up to date in facilities. Air conditioning really noisy-I see why they have earplugs in the room

We stayed for a softball tournament and had a little problem with key working but the staff was AMAZING. She knew I was exhausted I’m sure and went above and beyond helping us and we got to switch to a new room with ease. I wish I got her name but hands down will be staying there again next trip there because of the staff! My kids don’t like to sleep anywhere but their own beds but they both said that was the best nights sleep because of how comfortable beds were and I definitely agree. It was a great location and easy to get too. The breakfast was great the next morning also! Very impressed with this stay tru Hilton

Tru advertised that they have a build your own breakfast. The really only reason we choose to stay here on this athletic camp trip. We arrived down stairs at 8:30. No eggs, when asked if they had butter or cream cheese for a bagel the answer was no. REALLY NO BUTTER. Pancake machine was broken. I called and was told the manager was to call me back the next day and never received a call. Please call me at 904-403-5246 I would like some type of credit. Thank you

Phone didn’t work at all, couldn’t stream anything on the tv. Took them 30 mins to show up at the desk to check us in and no one was there. Overall a horrible experience and would not go again.

The only issue, I think management could have went to a local market to get eggs. And coffee creamer. This location had no eggs for breakfast serving. They stated delivery didn’t happen due to weather.

The location is ideal, this alone is why we book at this location. Looks like a little TLC is needed (which is strange, considering this location is fairly "new"). The shower doors are not holding like they should.

I just wanted the rest. Other people had respect for others, no noise in the halls

Staff were friendly and check-in was super quick! Property was clean and modern. There was a storm durning my stay and we lost power but only for a short time. Overall I highly recommend.
