Front desk employee was very friendly and nice! Room was very clean. Unfortunately the walls seem paper thin. Heard the TV FROM the room next door (late into the night) could even hear them cough and talk. For this reason I would not stay at Tru again.

Stayed here for our son's WKU graduation. The room was clean and comfortable. We loved the lobby area; lots of seating and the breakfast was great. Front desk staff was very friendly.

My fiancé and I visited Bowling Green, KY for engagement photos. We decided to stay with Tru by Hilton, and it was an amazing choice! We were welcomed by a very nice gentlemen in the front as we walked in the doors. Our room was very nice and very clean! All the employees were very nice and very helpful when it came to needing extra stuff in the room. I was quite surprised with how awesome the breakfast bar was. So many options! It was like a mini buffet. All the food we ate was delicious. Overall, our stay was amazing and we would definitely stay here again! Tru by Hilton is my top choice for a hotel, for sure!

Front staff was great and very helpful. As a whole, the property was nice and clean. My room… not so much. It was a nice enough room for the price, but it wasn’t cleaned during our three night stay. Also, bring your own pillow.

Great hotel. Newer, exceptionally clean, all the fresh coffee you could want and fantastic staff. The pillows and bedding were great. Although we didn’t use it, the pool was heated salt water and looked in perfect shape. Rob at desk was super friendly and helpful. We asked him where a local restaurant was and he gave us perfect directions. Morning staff was just as helpful and friendly. What a winning property for Hilton. Will plan on stopping again next time through.

Definitely has younger vibes with foosball tables in the "lobby." We were in roll in shower room and there was absolutely no room for suitcases. Room was very noisy. We could hear conversations in adjoining room(s), pounding from upstairs, loud closing of doors starting at 5:30 am,etc. Clock was off and there was no way to reset it that we could find.

This hotel was definitely a good choice. The only negative remarks I have regarding my stay are that none of the rooms here have a bath tub and there is no hot tub either. Ao if you are looking to soak at all you have no option here. The chlorine content in the pool was also extremely high. Our room did lack a bit because the mini fridge was very small and there was no microwave. In addition our room had a broken window curtain which made it a bit difficult to sleep.

For the most part is a nice hotel with a nice lobby area that has coffee and tea and games available. However, our room was lacking. Curtains were motorized and were told they were broke, so don't open them. Our fridge didn't work either and on top of that no matter how low you set the air to, it would go below 71 in the room. I won't stay again for the price we paid. It was nice but not worth it.

Tru hotel was decorated bright and pretty, the beds were comfortable and the layout of the room and bathroom was nice. The breakfast was good and staff was exceptionally kind. Will stay again!

I loved this property. It was clean, cleverly designed, the beds were exceptionally comfy and I was thrilled at all the extras that the gym had to offer. The staff was delightful, too. Two thumbs up rating and a big smile 😀

The best thing about this stay was the front desk service. The man, I believe it was Rob, was friendly and helpful. Our room was small, with limited storage and useful space. Smelled ok but floors were clearly dirty when walking across barefoot or in socks. Bathrooms are large and shower is large. Breakfast was small and limited options even on a weekend. Lots of food nearby.

Pros: Good location from I-65. Nice checkin staff. Cold AC, decent breakfast.
Cons; absolutely filthy room. water leaked from the shower door I wiped up with towel. Disgusting is an understatement. Floors look like they have never been mopped. White became dark gray instantly. Pillowed are down and thin and uncomfortable. Cracked recessed light above the bed, husband was nervous it would fall on him. Hair in bathroom and sheets! If we weren’t exhausted I would have asked to switch rooms.

Good one night stay for the price. Looked nice and fairly new. Liked having the foosball tables in the lobby as an added amenity. Breakfast was fine but nothing special. Comfort was ok. We usually stay at a 3-3.5 star, so a 2.5 was abnormal for us. We did stay at another 2.5 about a year ago, and this was nice in comparison it it.
