The location is not the best, traffic-wise.
The area is safe, and the hotel needs to check how to order Ubers there; it is pretty annoying that Uber keeps changing the pickup area.
The staff is nice but needs to be faster and pay more attention to customers and details - Front Desk and Restaurant as well.
The cleaning staff is great and pays a lot of attention to detail.

We were checked in and checked out by Fabiane. She was outstanding and made us feel welcome. 5 stars for Fabiane.
We had a nice room, but the TV and refrigerator were not working. In their defense, we did not notify anyone because we didn’t spend much time in the room. Breakfast was ok.
It is definitely a nice new 5 start hotel.

Absolutely an amazing stay! Staff goes above and beyond. Rooms are beautiful modern and everything you need. Hotel is gorgeous and modern. Pool and spa is a dream. Restaurant is fantastic and executive lounge is absolutely fantastic with a gorgeous view. Close to a magnificent shopping mall and in a great location. Absolutely was the best JW we have ever stayed at. This will be our always place when visiting São Paulo.

I usually use the gym on all business travel but didn't have time on this trip due to schedule - however, i did go to check out the gym and it is excellent (lots of free weights, machines and yoga room/space) - next time i hope to use the facilities!

The staff at the Four Seasons Sao Paulo was excellent. Attentive, prompt, and always courteous. The hotel was beautiful, clean and felt like home. I would definitely stay there again.

Staff are courteous and friendly, rooms are clean, quiet and very comfortable. Breakfast has a wide range of food and service is quick. They remembered my coffee order and brought it without asking, so they pay attention. The club lounge is fun and I enjoyed the cocktails and canapés.
Not really any serious negatives, and nothing I felt the need to report while I was there. A couple of times the temperature in the shower would fluctuate and on the last night they left no shampoo. Booking a car to collect from the airport involved more bureaucracy than booking the hotel!
In the future I will choose this over the Grand Hyatt, which is the only real competitor in the area and the hotel I have used for the last 5 years. This hotel is a lot less impersonal and the rooms, whilst smaller, are a lot more comfortable.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The personalized service, and the care and attention paid to my 2 year old son was spectacular. At every step of the way, we were provided exceptional service. Great restaurant "Neto", we had a spectacular dinner, special thankfull for Ms. Renata, she was adorable with our son. Staff always helping with a smile on the face.
