Excellent hotel and location. Went to Deland to see the Stetson Mansion.
Imagine our surprise there was a parade on the Main Street where the hotel is located. What a great day and night.

I needed two rooms next to each other last minute. I called early the morning of my stay and the manager said no problem and he put us in th syatm for two rooms next to each other t around 9 am in the morning. When we arrived with two teenage boys to be in the second room, we were told we couldnt hav the two rooms next to each other because the room was dirty. At 930 pm? Didn't anyone hink abou his earli in the day? Could we not have asked housekeeping to take care of it prior to 930 pm at night ? So I had to let two teen boys be alone in a room down the hall from us. That was fearful for me worrying if they would leave the hotel or not. Then our fridge did not work at all and my milk spoiled by next morning.. Not the bst time Ive had at his location.

This was our sixth year going to Deland for our annual sisters trip. The hotel is in the perfect location for walkable meals and live music at night. The staff is always very friendly and the rooms are very comfortable. We will be back again next year.

Best hotel in Deland which isn’t saying much BUT it’s a new hotel, very clean and convenient to walk thru downtown. It’s a little noisy in the morning from street traffic but it’s the only place I stay when in the area. Definitely recommend!

This hoitel is great since it is downtown and the historic district so you can walk to some fine dining establishments. The only negative was the dryers were down the whole week we were there so we couldnt do laundry.

Great location from the University and the staff was very nice. Ice maker on 5th floor was not operable, no biggie, went to the next floor down. Hot water in shower took about 10-15 full minutes to get there. Bathroom sink faucet extremely loose. A/C very loud, every time it turned on it woke me up throughout the night.

THE HOTEL ITSELF WAS NICE, I CHOSE THIS HOTEL FOR THE PICS OF TEH NICE POOL AREA WITH HOPES TO SPEND A FEW HOURS BY THE POOL-WELL ON OUR ARRIVAL WENT TO THE POOL AND THE ENTIRE POOL AREA WAS TAKEN OVER BY A KIDS BIRTHDAY PARTY WITH BALLOONS, LOUD SPEAKER, PINATTAS AND THEIR OWN LITTLE CANOPY-NO ROOM FOR OTHER GUESTS, THE ENTIRE POOL AREA WAS FLOODED WITH KIDS OF ALL AGES ATTENDING THIS PARTY-SO NO OTHER GUESTS COULD ENJOY THE POOL AREA AT ALL-VERY DISAPPOINTED-HOTEL STAFF SHOULD HAVE LIMITED THIS PARTY TO 2 OR 3 HOURS SO OTHER GUESTS COULD ENJOY

We were charged for a city view and put in a corner room. The guy at the front was NOT accommodating at all. He put us in a corner room and told us the city view is too loud. Dirty glasses in room. Room was tiny and uncomfortable. Waste of money and pool area very dirty

Great location. Clean & comfortable. 4 day stay only had room served once. Breakfast was not staffed well. Took almost 30 minutes to get $14.00 avocado toast with very little avocado. Many people left without ordering as only person working had to spend too much time in back. She was very nice and worked hard but it was too much for one person. Both times we went there at night there was no one present. Would definitely stay again but those may be opportunities.

Very nice hotel. However, the cafe in lobby served horrible coffee. It was starbucks, but tasted like they were re-using the grounds! Very weak coffee. If you like weak coffee, this wont be a problem. I like my coffee strong.

I could not believe that we were charged for parking. It’s not like you’re in some big city. They had a half full parking lot on the property and yet we were charged almost $12 a night to park.

Everything was just as you would want and expect from a hotel. Great room, very comfortable bed, all of the amenities were easily accessible. The workout room was clean. Would totally recommend and will stay here the next time I’m in town.

We stayed three nights. Nice greeting at check-in. Bathroom smelled like urine. Moldy, too. A/C was finicky-either freezing or hot when set at 74. We weren't told about $12.00 per night parking fee. Incidental fee of $20.00 per day was overcharged and we were told they couldn't take the extra $20.00 off, that it was the computer. Worst of all was getting stuck in the elevator while it kept going up and down without stopping. Needless to say, we won't be back!
