It was the lack of breakfast items for me. While it was peek breakfast time, 8:00am - 9:00am, I saw a worker making himself a plate. The pancake machine was broken. There were no scrambled eggs, no hard boiled eggs, and 6 pieces of sausage.

My grand kids loved the free breakfast lots to choose from the girls at the front desk were very kind. Room was as nice and clean

Wonderful place to stay had stayed there three times already but this time it is taking forever to get my incidentals repaid. They took it out Friday and they took it out Monday and have not received either of them back so very upsetting very disheartening. We have to look for a new hotel possibly this needs to be taken care of and isn’t.

Everything was perfect! The inside pool was great for the kiddos and the breakfast was delicious! We will definitely be back when we are in the area

We were on the way to the Daytona Race and needed information on our room. We were greeted and wonderfully treated by Kenya at the front desk. She was able to get us checked in fast and got us on the road in time for the beginning of the race. She was truly a blessing to deal with at our first stay at Holiday Inn Express.

It had a weird smell throughout the hotel. Shower had hair in it and the water has a funny smell. The girl at the front desk was sooo nice

We stayed one Saturday night in July. This is a newer hotel behind newer chain strip mall. Breakfast was an underwhelming self-serve buffet. The fitness room was clean, new equipment and pretty good for a full-body workout. The pool is indoors and decent size to keep kids busy, but the ventilation is lacking so be prepared to inhale chlorine fumes in a sauna-like environment.

First, the staff was very courteous and accommodating. The facility is well maintained and clean. Good amenities. Location is convenient with shopping plaza across the street and some good restaurants near by. I would choose this location again.

I recently stayed for 1 night and I was very pleased with this hotel overall. The room was very clean, everything was stocked. Also the staff was great specially Kayla at the front desk. After we checked out I had some work to do and I stayed in the lobby for a few hours. Kayla came by to check on me, to see if there was anything I needed and even offered me water. I recommend this place, you won’t be disappointed!

Very quiet and clean hotel. The carpet in the room is not the cleanest. Appreciate all the dove products available in the bathroom. Overall I would stay here again.

Breakfast is always a plus. Staff was courteous. Several grocery, pharmacies, as well as some eating establishments were literally within walking distance, as in right next door, without the hazards of heavy traffic. If in the area again, I will definitely book a room in the future.

Great experience, the Front desk person was beyond OUTSTANDING! Very helpful and accommodated me when I had a small issue with the room. She was friendly efficient, and very professional. The room as great, I love Holiday Inn Express Brand. I mostly stay at those hotels when traveling for business. The real Bacon was a bonus!
