classy boutique hotel in the center of everything

We loved the bedroom! It’s very big and comfortable.
It’s a little pricey. There isn’t swimming pool and the hydromassage wasn’t working.

The rooms were massive, and had unique touches, plenty of wardrobe space and lots of attention to detail such as cotton buds in the bathroom, robes with slippers, nice snacks, two choices of bathmats - these are things you usually only find in very high end 5 star hotels.
The AC in the bedroom seemed to be very erratic, and not working as efficiently as the one in the main living area. It got very hot in the night at times. So we slept with the door open to the living room to get the room cooler.

The location was ideal.
We expected an historic experience which it was not. The bar was the only authentic aspect of the hotel. We had to dodge the wait staff passing through when we attempted to use the elevator. It was like staying in a restaurant. For the extra money spent, the room and bed were just average, not worth the additional rate paid. The view from our window was a plumbing storage facility for the city :-(.

Hotel is super cute and walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. It's actually on top of a Cuban restaurant and Jazz club that are lively and great places to eat and hang!

Really cute hotel! Loved the charm. Beds were very comfy. They had a cute welcome bag and "turn down service" with York peppermint patties. The toiletries were well stocked and it very luxe for the price. Great location. Apparently, the Cuban restaurant that is next to it is really good. It was not open when I was there but some locals raved about it. Staff was also very accommodating with my change of travel plans as well as helped with a package delivery.

The Jr. Suite we stayed in was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and professional. The location is within walking distance of many restaurants and shops. The only downside is the large homeless population and panhandlers in the surrounding area. The entrance to the hotel is locked at night and I never saw any of them in the hotel but encountered them whenever leaving the property.
The hotel itself was wonderful! The fact that panhandling in the surrounding area is allowed is disturbing.

Charming hotel right in the middle of everything. Excellent and friendly service. The room was beautiful with access to the terrace, very clean and comfortable. We loved the style and the amount of space. The bed was also very comfortable. The hotel restaurant is also very nice serving Cuban cuisine. Overall we had a wonderful stay.
