I liked everything about my stay. The staff was always friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in... the restaurant food was good. Can't think of any negative point.

Farily close to BTS, it will take us around 15 min by foot. The breakfast is slight above my expectation, even though choices are fairly limited. The room is clean and large. I like the Gym. room and swimming pool so much. Will consider to stay at this hotel again.

Family with 2 children, very spacious room, 2 bedrooms with two bathrooms, cozy, quiet, clean. Breakfast is fair, not a lot of variety. Provide tuk tuk transfer to main road, shorten the distance to BTS station( Thong Lo) . Takes 6-8 minutes to walk. Skytrain ride to Siam takes 14 minutes, can take BTS to Phaya Thai and change to Airport Train, convenient. Welcome drink and snacks are good.

It's a very new hotel, and you can feel everything is clean and new. The staffs are friendly, and the place is also great to stay. Besides,my family and I feel satisfied with the breakfast.

Definitely not a 5-star hotel in terms of the service and facilities, more like Airbnb apartment. Location: Far from BTS or ANY restaurant or street food. Not even a convenient store in a walkable distance. Room: Very big but all equipment are not up to hotel standard. Air con is too loud. They don’t provide conditioner even requested. Facilities: Pool and gym are both small. Only few seats for sun bathing. Staff service is not bad though.

酒店整體是還可以的，地點雖然要比其他附近的酒店走多一點路，但還是可以接受。早餐方面還是建議在附近的小店好吃和便宜多了。然後我想分享的是，我還是第一次在酒店房裡有東西不見了。第一天入住後，出門時同行的友人叫我把眼鏡收起來放入行李，然後我還說不用，放在桌子上可以了。然後當晚回來拿掉隱形眼鏡才發覺原本在桌上的眼鏡不見了。立即打了電話去前台，因為他們英語不好的關係，我還是親自去了前台說眼鏡不見了，他們說會幫我問一下收拾房間的人。第二天早上前台的人就打電話給我說找到了，理由是收拾房間的人在洗手間見到我的眼鏡然後幫我收起來⋯⋯嗯⋯⋯是我房間內的洗手間，不是其他洗手間。反正是歸還後我就算了，只不過每天出門前都會把所有東西都收回行李內上鎖就是。但我必需說前台的職員都很好，有什麼事都很親切的幫忙，我想收拾房間的職員只是個別例子⋯⋯ Overall the hotel is okay, compare to the hotels nearby the location may not too convenience but it is still acceptable. I would recommend to have the breakfast outside since there are many nice and tasty cafe around with cheap price. The reason I would like to leave a comment is, this is the first time I have got something lost inside a hotel room. In the first day of staying my friend asked me to put my eyes glasses back to the luggage and I thought it is not necessary, so I left it on the living room table before leaving. My glasses was disappeared when I returned to the room on that night. I called the reception and they have helped me to investigate with the team. They called me back in the next morning and told me it was found, the roomkeeper said it was in the washroom therefore he helped me to keep it...huh...it's in my room's washroom, not others' washroom...They gave me back my glasses and since then I locked all my belongings into the luggage before leaving my room. I must said the receptionists are very helpful and nice to assist on anything you need. I believe the roomkeeper case is very exceptional....
