Staff friendly and hood amenities, excellent breakfast

The internet was offline all day and night. Staff had to walk us to our room to let us in manually each time we left and came back. Which they were annoyed if they had already let us in. Had to leave to pull cash out in order to buy from kitchen and bar. Beds were in absolute horrible condition

Clean and quiet. Food was good for breakfast.

We booked our room via Expedia 10 days in advance. After we drove with our 2 kids three hours to the property to check in it was 11:30p. They then informed us that despite the reservation, they weren’t going to give us a room because they gave it to someone else. They never called or texted us nor did they help relocate us. They dumped the whole oversell problem onto Expedia, stating that it they had pinged Expedia earlier to tell us. They said that roughly 8 other people were in the same boat that day, including an elderly couple that arrived at 10p and two people who hadn’t checked in yet (and whom they hadn’t bothered informing either.) I would not recommend this hotel.

Air conditioner

The hotel is nice. The front desk staff was nice but are young and appear bored. They are not only running the front desk but also the bar, the food service,… This is a lot of back & forth between customers. Breakfast was ordinary but ok. Our room was very clean. Bed was comfortable. Carpet outside elevators was a little dirty. There is a front desk employee named Brady who was wonderful! Very friendly, attentive and a good bar tender! He should be recognized for his good customer service skills! Overall, stay was ok.

Staff was really friendly. Rooms were large and clean. We had a good time.

Mostly okay. I don’t think the fridge in the room ever got cold enough. HATE the frosted glass in the bathroom door- it lets out all the light which interrupts another person’s sleep if someone has to make a potty trip in middle of the night. Friendly service, and the room was clean.

Its very important for staff member dont come early to end breakfast . Or can ask guest to we will pickup breakfast in next 5 min. To try to rush things when guest are in diners or eating. I have been to other other property. Staff members are have more Curtesy.

I would stay here again.

Amazing

Our first stay at this location. Across the street from Haute Spot concert venue. Just walked over. Lobby clean, lots of seating with free breakfast in the morning. Staff friendly, really cared.

Clean

Door to room was damaged. Had to push and pull very hard to open and close. Seems like someone during a previous stay had to force their way in and damaged it. Floors in lobby were sticky. Night crew were very helpful and had a great attitude. Morning crew were more interested in playing with their phone than helping customers. When they did help it was as if you were putting them out.

Air was not functioning well; room was very humid… The saving grace, one employee named Kelly! She was a superstar, and saved the experience from being a wreck. The attitude of other employees were dismissive and somewhat rude…like we were putting them out. Breakfast was good.

Was a decent stay.. no microwave in the room was a bit downside..No complaints .. good hotel.

Great place to stay in Cedar Park.

Rooms were clean. Beds and facilities were clearly either new or well-maintained. The bathroom door was really hard to work with. It was never smooth to open or close and the lock took Herculean strength for me, 28m, to twist into place. I was always super scared I would break the door trying to lock the darn thing. Facility was good overall but the front desk was almost never manned. Also, there were no water bottles in the rooms and the hotel staff was never at the front desk to sell (because the only ones available were for sale) me any. I didn’t realize that water was so difficult to come by. Breakfast had no hot chocolate. Not the end of the world but typically it’s something that is provided at other hyatt locations. In the roughly 30 seconds during my stay that the staff was at the front desk, they were always very helpful. Great people, just no presence. And somehow the whole “even if you are willing to pay $3.50 for water, we’re not even here to sell it to you” thing left a really poor taste about this experience overall so please understand I am a little salty. Water would’ve helped that, though. Just saying.

Front desk service was mediocre, long wait to check in. The black out shade in our room was broken, called the front desk and was told it would be fixed the next day. The shade never did get fixed. It just seemed like the hotel was under staffed in all areas.

The breakfast buffet had so many options and was very convenient for us, as we were relying on family members to drive us on this trip. The buffet had a lot of variety of hot dishes, with a channging menu each day. Recommend, especially for families. The hotel has an outside venue across the street which ended its concerts early enough to not interfere with sleeping. The staff here was so friendly and efficient. The location is great, adjacent to 1980 Ranch off 183A and New Hope Dr. I will stay here again and recommend it to others.

I took 35” to check in. The staff said their system was down and they were not able to check in w/o the system. My point is related how the staff was giving this info and how lack of empathy and respect they acted. Very bad service. Impressive lack of respect and untrained staff at the front desk. Breakfast was poor and bad. None fruit. Can’t be considered as breakfast.

Best stay

Worst hotel ever. Front desk was always empty. They gave us a room for 3 and my reservation was for 4. No sheet/towel for 4 and no one attended the phone. Breakfast very poor. Lack of fruit. Not clean. I do not recommend this hotel. Couldn’t carry Hyatt in its name.

Horrible water pressure, the hotel was falling apart and breakfast was cold and inedible

There were no umbrellas in the pool area, and the door to the pool did not work.

Nice clean hotel, friendly staff, and great hot free breakfast. Would definitely stay again when in Cedar Park, Texas.
