Efficiently run enterprise by this family who is very friendly.
The room was spacious enough. Has a fridge. Bed was comfortable. Outside sitting area was was comfortable and nearby fruit trees were a plus.
Areas that could improve: the hairdryer was not working; the echo in the staircase was heard when other guests arrived with their suitcases; bedlinen of white color and pure cotton is nowadays standard at 4 stars hotels ;flowers in the dining room should not be plastic; outside gardening could be better, like make the garbage bins not visible,
The price of the room was good ; breakfast was an extra 15 E, supper was good and around 30 E ;
I would stay again here

Quaint and clean bed and breakfast nicely nested in the surrounding park woods. Comfortable beds and amazing showers. Perfect pit stop on your way to or from Plitvice National Park.

This is a great property when visiting Plitvice National Park. It is very convenient and you can walk to the park because there is an entrance in close proximity to the Villa Mija.
The room was quite clean and comfortable. There was enough space for my husband and I and our teen son. It was a nice option to be able to get dinner on site after a long and hot day of hiking in the park. Breakfast is also available but we did not use the option as we had our own breakfast food. We appreciated the convenience of the small refrigerator in the room.
The service was good - friendly and welcoming. We would stay here again.

We stayed here as we wanted to go to Plitvic lakes. It’s a bit of a drive to the lakes but worth it. It’s quite isolated and as we were there in spring there were no eateries around.
The place itself was very clean and a big room. Overall we enjoyed our stay here.

Property was located in a beautiful setting. Outdoor patio had table, chairs, comfortable seating. Hostess greeted us the minute we arrived, showed us our room and amenities, and told us about breakfast and dinner options. Room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Suuper cute little cottage, clean and comfortable room. Wasn't quite as close to the Falls as I originally thought, and it was a bit 'scary,' to get to as it was raining/foggy and the road is very small and right next to cliffs.

We fell in love with this place immediately and asked to stay another night. The owners are friendly and incredibly accommodating. They cook you breakfast in the morning for a small fee and it was yummy. It felt like a home away from home.

Staff is friendly. Our room was clean and spacious. We stayed only one night. About 20 min walk to entrance #3 of Plitvice Lakes Park. The on site restaurant requires you to pre order your meal by 60 minutes and prices are a little expensive though the food looked tasty. I am glad we had brought some food with us. The only thing I would suggest is mosquito nets on windows because if you want fresh air the moths and mosquitos will enter room. Note the air conditioniner worked very well. Good, convenient parking. Overall, a simple and pleasant experience.

This was an amazing stay. Wish we could have stayed for days instead of just overnight. We were treated like welcome friends not just guests. We took advantage of the meals for purchase and they were excellent. I would rate higher than 5 if I could!

We had some difficulty finding the villa, but once we arrived everything was great. Milan and his wife and son were very helpful and friendly, and the room itself was very spacious and well-equipped.

Lovely clean room and just as expected. Host was a lovely lady who did her best with speaking English. Only negative was sofa bed my daughter slept on was hard so a mattress topper would be a good idea to fix this
