What an incredible property! The rooms were excellent, clean, and comfortable but what really elevated the experience was the staff. I mainly got to deal with Sara and Ann. They both deserve a large raise because I’m sure any repeat customers are coming back because of them!

Came here on crew duty for only one night but I will for sure come back. Lovely staff, great rooms. Nice interior design details. Yummy breakfast and decaf-nespresso my favorite 🤗

We had a really wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff are so helpful and have lots of suggestions for what to see. Very cosy hotel with nicely decorated rooms, quiet area, great breakfast and if we come back we wil definetly book here again. We can only recommend this place. We had a wonderful 2 night stay in Hotel Collect before taking a river cruise. The staff are incredibly helpful and attentive from the moment you step into this beautiful small hotel. The location is ideal and we enjoyed a lovely breakfast on our balcony each morning.

During our 2 week trip to central Europe, this hotel was our favorite. Super cozy on a quiet street but containing understated luxury inside. The staff were incredibly friendly and accomodating. The property has only 16 rooms but they did an incredible job of providing a level of service that you might expect with 10x the number of staff. Our premium suite was very comfortable and spacious. The daily breakfast (included) was also a very nce spread. The area is walkable--close to everything but also quiet. Can't wait to go back!

A lovely friendly, stylish hotel overlooking a small park. The staff are wonderful - friendly, helpfull and efficient, creating a fabulous atmosphere. Our room was spacious and stylish, with a balcony overlooking the park. A gem.

A very quirky and eclectic hotel. Interesting decor, style and ambiance. Not your typical hotel. Fairly close to restaurants. Jewish quarter is walkable. The rest is by taxi or public transport. The rooms and common areas are dark. It may be the mood the hotel is trying to set but I need light. Also, the breakfast a format is not to my liking. You have to reserve a time time and table to eat in the very small dining area. They need more fresh sliced fruit.

Stylish Adults ONLY boutique hotel in the perfect location with exceptional service. The hotel is central to everything. An easy 8 minute walk to the white or green bridges, the Synagogue, New York Cafe and the Ruins. It is across from a beautiful park and close to our 2 favorite restaurants Ruben and Jouri. King sized well appointed rooms, with a chic decor. Stays include breakfast in the sitting room or courtyard. Customer service EXCEEDS your expectations. In particular, Ann and Malek who gave us great recommendations and catered to our every need.

The hotel is a lovely place to stay in a great location for getting around the city. Since the hotel is small and sits on a quiet street across from a lovely park you also escape a lot of the noise and traffic. Our room was beautiful and well-appointed, the beds comfortable and the pillow menu a really nice touch. The staff was incredibly attentive and helpful. In essence everything you could really ask for in a hotel stay.

My wife and I agreed that this was one of our most favorite hotels that we have ever visited. The design is so comfortable and the service was amazing no matter who was working. The location is perfect for a visit to Budapest too.

Excellent service, nice sized room, comfortable. Delicious breakfast, but no hot dishes and served in a small area, which was okay with us. The reason we didn’t give a 5 star rating overall is because we felt the hotel was poorly lit at the entrance, corridors, close to elevator. Since we are senior citizens, we’d like to be able to see clearly where we’re walking. Also, there’s a TV in the room, but only for streaming, no regular channels. This is a very nice boutique hotel, which is more appropriate for younger people, not older ones that appreciate some of the things previously mentioned. Thank you all the young ladies working at this hotel who really treat their guests with care and respect.

This is exactly what we were looking for in a boutique hotel! Friendly personel, nicely situated between all major attractions, very nice room (room 5), every morning breakfast in the sun on our balcony. It was just perfect and we are thinking of making this an annual event. Just perfect. Will go back without a doubt.

Beautiful hotel in a very private but well located area of Budapest. The customer service from every single person was beyond expectations. The hotel's room was beautiful, spacious, clean, huge bathroom, Netflix in your tv and daily delicious breakfast. I was impressed by the professionalism of everyone who works there. Small intimate, boutique hotel. Adults only which makes the place nice and quiet. The location is perfect. Close to everything - shops, restaurants, areas of interest and the hotel is across the road from a small park. You're in the city, heart of everything but at the same time, you have that neighbourhood feel to it. Our room was very spacious on the top floor. It was very clean, the bed was comfy and it had everything that we needed. Breakfast was included. It had a good selection of pastries, cereal, fruit, nuts, coffee, juice etc. I highly recommend this hotel to those wanting a quiet place to stay.

Hotel Collect is ideally located for numerous sightseeing options, transport facilities, shops, bars, restaurants and scenery. It's placed on a park which is a beautiful little park, incredibly clean and surrounded by lovely local restaurants, cafes and bars. The hotel itself is small and unassuming from the outside however, inside it feels luxurious. We were placed in a court yard view room which was a good size however, it was quite dark in the room itself and it didn't feel possible to have the curtains all the time due to it being eye level with the court yard and there were building works next door. We had issues with the coffee machine tripping the electrics so we didn't get the chance to use this. The TV only has neflix and other apps (if you want to log in to a hotel room and forget about it like the previous residents) so it would have been nice to have local TV options too. The breakfast options were good, it's continental but as a vegetarian there were enough options for a nice breakfast before heading out. The staff were stand out at being very friendly and welcoming. I unfortunately did not get the name of the staff member who checked us in - she advised that she had been living in Budapest for four years and her recommendations were great, she was very attentive and happy to go through all the details with you upon arrival. Highly recommended stay!

A superb location. Stay was marred by the need to book a 45 minute slot to book your space for breakfast, taken in the lobby bar. (only 4 tables accommoding 8 people at a time!!) This was only notified to us after booking. I would have cancelled had i not booked nonrefundable. This meant 2 mornings we ate breakfast sitting on a sofa balancing plates. Not what I would call 4 star luxury, and certainly not a relaxing start to the day. The dishwasher is at the bar so this was being filled etc as customers left. Quality of breakfast items was good, although not much changed over 4 days. Eg Daily smoothie was ginger shot every morning. Our room was very dark as it looked onto the courtyard from the back where daylight is restricted due to ongoing building works in adjoining property. Temporary screening to hide works covers full height of building. Terrace does not look like photos due to this. The lift takes you mid way between floors so there are lots of steps to negotiate, with steps and lips on steps awaiting as you turn corners. In my opinion this hotel is suited to young and strong ( lifting cases up and over changing levels) or only for shortstays.
