We stayed 1 night in family suite with ocean view. Our suite was more like apartment. This is little boutique hotel not big chain hotels. We loved that vibe. The staffs were nice both day and night. In family suite, There were 3 air conditioners in our suites which works perfect. 2 bathrooms both rain showers. Kitchen with big fridge and all the tools(no dishwasher). Spacious balcony with outdoor furniture. Our suite was top end with few stairs. There is elevator but still some steps after that. If your mobility is challenged, keep in mind. The suite itself is 2 floors. Our suite wasn’t noisy at all at night. The hotel is on pretty busy street. I guess noise issue (saw in some reviews) depends on room locations. Walk around Malecon and el Centro is beautiful. Many taxis just outside of hotels. Definitely will stay here again when we visit puerto Vallarta.

Very nice hotel in a great location. Good for family with loft style room. Parking is nice and safe. However, it’s right next to a casino and there is music blasting until 4am… earplugs should be provided to all guests!

The property is in good location in the Malecon and within a block from the beach. Lots of dining options nearby. Friendly staff. Our 2-bedroom unit is roomy and clean. The hotel was renovated in the last few years. However, they missed the opportunity to improve noise management in the building as the glass deck doors are paper thin. A double-pane windows would have helped reduce the street noise as the hotel is located in a busy street. Also, beach towels would be a nice addition to the rooms.

This hotel is excellent for its price. It exceeded my expectations. Located close to shops and restaurants. Maybe about 15 minutes away from Zona Romantica.

Only stayed one night but it was nice. The staff very friendly and helpful room was ready for us early and they allowed us access. Very close to the Malecon which is why we booked. Looks small from the outside but it is a large hotel. Love to stay here again.

We had a beautiful loft on the top floor with an ocean view from the balcony. The staff was helpful and pleasant. The room service was a bit lacking after the first couple of days - missing towels even after asking at the desk, not replacing tp, etc. It is near down town and was very noisy at night on the weekends especially.

Nice spot

Staying at Loft Hotel Malecon was by far one of the best hotel stays of my life. Everything is so clean, spacious, modern yet so cozy and inviting. The staff are so friendly, helpful, courteous, so pleasant and unforgettable. Would definitely recommend and will most definitely come back to Puerto Vallarta and stay at Loft again!
