Staff was very helpful. Wanted to have room on the same floor for my 84 year old dad and they worked hard to accommodate our request! Enjoyed the facility pool and hot tub!

Great place to stay if you're flying in and out of Salt Lake City. They have a shuttle, and Theresa at the front desk was very helpful.

The worst thing that any hotel can do is tell you that they are oversold and cannot honor your reservation. Nothing like getting off a plane late with your family and having no place to stay. They sent us to an inferior sister property but was going to charge us the same price, which made a bad situation worse. I would avoid any hotel that cannot honor its own reservation.

Good location to get to and from city center.

Booked this hotel 2 hours before staying, when i got to it they told me that they don't have a room available for me, they told me to go check their sister hotel down the street. I went to the other hotel, paid for a room there, than had to spend over an hour on the phone next day to refund this hotel. Very inconvenient for me and my 9 month pregnant wife.

This hotel was extremely clean, staff was friendly, and it had little extras like a ceiling fan and kitchenette. The only thing I would upgrade is the bathroom tissue paper. Everything else was excellent!

I wish all my hotel stays across the nation were as nice as this one. When I read the ratings and it said wonderful I hoped it would be and it was. The price was right too. I get very disappointed when a place is rated high score only to find out it shouldn’t have been. This was a great and much needed surprise after days of traveling

We stayed there for one night. Our room was sufficiently big, clean, had a kitchen with some utensils. The room was facing north and away from the I80, so it was a quiet night. We had a rental car, and the hotel is just a few minutes driving from the rental car center.

The staff was very accommodating, i had a very late check in because of a delayed plane, she got me right in and our room was beautiful, quite and very well stocked i will stay here again . 10 stars

Nice place. Carpets in the hallway are a bit dated and worn out and the sink in our room was clogged. The room and staff were nice though. Breakfast was good. Hot eggs, sausages and potatoes.

this was a nice hotel however, the location that it is at is very confusing the parking lot intermingle and it set up extremely weird. The pool was extremely crowded and appeared very murky with lots of hair and miscellaneous items in the water There was a patio outside with some barbecues and tables which was a really nice area and there were people out there having dinner. I thoroughly enjoyed that.

Half of the channels on the TV didn't work and the maintenance guy couldn't fix it. An airline cancellation necessitated a stay of one extra day. I couldn't get it at the same rate through expedia, so we moved on to another nearby hotel.

Great hotel, very clean and easy on and off I-80. There was some noise from the freeway, although the hotel was very quiet. Breakfast was good with lots of options.

The only problem was the shower door was slanted and didn't close properly and the bathroom door didn't shut tight. Great breakfast and easy to get downtown from.

So I actually thought the hotel staff, condition of the room and noise level were all really great. My biggest and only complaint wasn't discovered until I tried to go to sleep. I had a ground level room, which normally isn’t an issue for me. However, this was definitely a design flaw that can probably be remedied, but there's a giant spotlight that shines directly into the bedroom window. And it is bright. The curtains can't keep the light out all the way so it was like trying to sleep during the day. That light needs to be switched to shine either into the living room, which is separated by a door or shined on a wall thats nowhere near a bedroom. I had to wake up early to catch an early flight, so I didnt get great sleep.
Aside from that light, my stay was great
