Excellent hotel located in downtown area. Downside is that it does not have easy access to the beach but the marina view and nearby mall attractions more than make up for it. Uber and taxi transportation to other parts of the city including the beaches are readily available. Excellent breakfast option but best to prepay it before arrival. Also has a second restaurant on site (Litoral) that is very good. Staff were quite attentive and helpful throughout our stay.

The hotel is nice in the marina area. Close to restaurants and shopping you can walk to. But when you get off the elevator to your room there is a foul smell. My door has a big crack in it as well as a big dip where the floor has sunk in.
The staff is amazing! Nefertari was always smiling and very pleasant. This was my second stay at this hotel and I would come back.

Nice property. However, the carpet really smelled and the refrigerator in the room didnt get cold enough to really cool our drinks. I wouls also recommend placing a microwave in the room. It was a decent experience. If I had to choose again, i wouldnt stay there. We actually left 4 days early.

Hotel is in a new upscale marina area with lovely view. Very quiet and secure with an entrance in lobby allowing you to walk straight to probably the nicest mall in Cancun with many nice restaurants.

Got scammed on another website and when we arrived our reservation was not at the hotel. Felix at the frint desk helped us sort it out and get us in that night. All the staff there were very welcoming, friendly, extremely helpful, courteous and went above and beyound to make our stay excellent! The hotel is very tidy, well kept, clean and had excellent views. The gym had everything you need and the location is awesome.
Would definitely come back here. Been to Cancun many times and this is by far the best hotel in Cancun!

Absolutely horrible experience. We stayed 1 night because our flight was delayed and they charged me an extra $131 for 2 extra people and said breakfast is included but the restaurant manager told us no you only paid for extra people those
2 can’t eat. The front desk later said no that’s incorrect everyone had breakfast included so we paid and never had breakfast because it was over.

1st room smelled of urine, the couch had stains all over the cushions, and the ac didnt work. 2nd room the water came out brown with chunks floating in it from the sink and the shower wreaked of sulfur.
