Nice place, close to everything.

This hotel was amazing for our week long vacation to Tokyo. It was three of us and we got a room with two beds. The rooms were small but totally OK! We were completely comfortable. Happy hour from 5-9 which was fabulous after being out all day. Free breakfast in the AM. I would totally stay here again. It was about a 12 min walk to Shinjuku Station.

Very practical location. A very short walk to the busier side if Shinjuko. Located in a not so crowded area.

The location was good walkable to the subway and train stations. There was decent restaurants, nearby, and close to the main Shinjuku night life. The room I had was average sized, but there was a stinky odor maybe because it was summer time and very hot and humid.

I will recommend here to everyone.

This is an excellent hotel! Friendly staff, good continental breakfast. Complimentary drinks during happy hour is a nice touch. The room was spotless and the beds were confortable. The area is great for public transportation with a subway station around the corner and a bus stop right in front.

The place was nice and clean. Staff are all wonderful.

Close to train station. Hotel provided unlimited free water bottles( will save some money there). Breakfast was just bread varieties, cereal and yogurt would have loved some proteins at least eggs to start the day with. Hotel does provide free drinks at night( don’t drink so was of no use for us). Rooms are small as expected but not even a small closet to keep our belongings…overall good hotel to choose.

My room and the lounge had musty odors. They need to put humidifier in the rooms. Good breakfast and afternoon drink and snacks ! Walkable to everywhere.

We really enjoyed our stay at Bespoke Hotel. It’s conveniently located near a few subway stops which made it very easy to get around. It was very clean & we felt safe during our entire stay. The staff are very friendly & helpful. Definitely recommend.

Hotel with an amazing service (free water, free flow with alcoholicd in the evening, ...). Nice located to explore Shinjuku nightlife. Nice designed hotel in a quite good status.

The room was quite small, which might be a drawback for those who prefer more spacious accommodations. It was perfect for a solo traveler but could be a bit cramped for two or more people with lots of medium luggage. The room was impeccably clean. The hotel is situated in a prime location, close to major attractions and public transportation, making it convenient for exploring the city. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any needs or inquiries.

Staffs could be more friendly and accommodating. As soon as we head the front desk, we weren’t greeted. Besides the staff issue, the hotel property is great

Simple but OK breakfast was included and some evening snacks and drinks. Great concept! Good beds that are wide enough for sleeping with a (not too big) child. We stayed a family of four in two beds. Friendly staff and good service. Walking distance to the subway.

The room size is larger consider the location is near the city center, tidy and helpful staff, but the location for the breakfast is not good, too many people and lack of seats.

Nice place to lay your head after a day of activities around Tokyo. Overall the rooms were clean and comfortable. Be prepared for really tight spaces. We were a family of four and there was little space for us to maneuver with our medium sized luggages. My husband hit his back against the corner of the tv just trying to move around. Personally they should move the tv a bit higher. Staff kept our rooms clean and fresh towels and water on the daily. We used the laundry machines on the 2nd floor. It takes about 2 hours to do 1 load. Best to do them early morning when all the machines are open. Complimentary breakfast and evening drinks were nice. My husband appreciated the old school hip hop music in the lounge. Would stay here again! Thank you!

Smell was something wired. Overall experience including the service in lobby was great.

We loved our family stay here, especially the morning continental breakfast and after a long day walking Tokyo, coming back to some complementary drinks & snacks... plenty of options for food around the area & close to the metro... Staff where friendly & room was clean & tidy. We would stay here again.
