Amazing location! A block away from a train station. Comfortable beds and bath amenities. Washing machine was a plus! Balcony was amazing to hang clean clothes or just unwind after a long day of walking.

Could have been cleaner. Instructions for finding the apt could have been much clearer. Bathroom and kitchen were not clean at all.

The place is very clean and is at an excellent location. With a less than 10 min walk to Shin-Okubo station, you're only 1 stop away from Shinjuku station which is where a lot of big shops and shopping malls are.

I didn't pay attention to the 35-square meter in the description so the place turns out a little bit small for a family of 4. Indeed we have 2 queen size beds that can sleep 4 adult very spaciously but when you take into account the 4 large and 2 small suitcases (winter clothes and spare space for shopping) it gets a little bit cramped. If you're more of a light traveler then this cons is definitely not for you so go ahead and enjoy the place.

The place is located near Shin-Okubo station. You can also walk slightly further to Okubo Station if you are taking the Sobu Line. The apartment itself is quite good. The beds are comfy and quite big to sleep on which is a good thing. The kitchen itself have alot of cutleries and pots and pans for you to do your own cooking. The place has halal markets and shops as well for those Muslim people who are looking to stay in Japan.

The place is slightly dirty and dusty when we arrived, but we make do with what we have and clean up abit to make it look better. Not a big complaint but just a note for those who are very very particular with cleanliness.

The apartment gave us the Tokyo experience we were looking for rather than just booking a hotel.

The property has two queen beds but is not actually a 2 bedroom apartment, the two beds are just separated by a screen. The internet was average to poor and there was no dryer to dry clothes. The apartment is actually in Shin-0kubu and not Shinjuku as we thought (But was only 1 train station away)
