I would highly recommend this hotel and the Adeje area. The hotel was lovely and exceeded our expectations. It more than lived up to it's 5 stars. From the moment we drove up to the hotel we were greeted by name and welcomed at the barrier. Staff at check in served us prosecco and explained everything about the facilities, even to the extent of checking on food allergies and issuing a card to hand to restaurant staff so that they could advise The room was beautiful, clean, comfortable and spacious. A good sized bathroom with slippers and robes, huge bath sheets and nice toiletries. A proper coffee machine and water available. The bed was huge and extremely comfortable. All of the hotel areas were pristine and all staff were friendly and helpful. The buffet restaurant food was so good that we didn't bother to use the specialty restaurants. Every day the buffet was different and catered to all ages and tastes. The pools were clean, huge pool towels and lots of sun beds. Cocktails and alcoholic drinks were really reasonably priced. The whole experience was relaxed and safe. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful facilities. Great gymn, pools, and rooms. Fantastic view. Check in process is cumbersome and seems to take forever even though the staff is kind and helpful.

Had a short week away in Tenerife in this fantastic hotel. Everything was perfect from the food to the rooms and the very friendly staff who can’t do enough for you. One recommendation to increase revenue would be to have a QR code on each table by the pool so you could order drinks and maybe ice creams.

Great property with a sufficient choice for the breakfast. I was a bit disappointed with the diner though.. almost the same thing everyday with a poor quality for a 5*. 2 parkings (indoor and outdoor). The property has beautiful pools, but you cannot access them unless your are privilege … When we dit the check out at 12, our badge was deactivated and thus were unable to access the parking and lost the wifi .. that would be nice if you can keep it until midnight (for people that have a late flight).

Beautiful property and comfortable beds. Staff in dining areas friendly and professional. If you’re trying to get away with just adults maybe find an adults only. The place was crawling with kids :)

The best thing a out this location is the staff and then the virws from.the hotel. Sunsets and Sunrises are equally phenomenal. But the staff are the true stars they go above and beyond for you to enjoy this hotel.

Staff were very helpful and always polite. Rooms were nice and big with ample space. We chose halfboard and dinner always had a variety of deifferent themes each night.

Can not fault anything about the rooms or facilities. The only negative is the "priveledge" status that you can upgrade to. It is creating a class system that is awkward. The buffet is good but lack meats. The reataurants are terrible. Both the Italian and Japanese restaurants served precooked food (evidently days old) and even the garnish on the plates were days old. (Never seen dry sliced cucumber before eating here) The Japanese restaurant had no atmosphere and wasnt entertaining. The food was undercooked and unedible. Would love to stay here again but they must improve the food.

They give you nice shampoo and conditioner on your first day and then give you cheap stuff thereafter. Pools are too cold to swim in. Service is poor at the pool bar in the day and it’s not great during breakfast / dinner service.

Beautiful location, great service, very friendly staff

Lovely architecture, unfussy, thoughtful, beautiful pools and views, amazing proximity to roca negra. Courtesy bus to Los Cristianos for shopping and conventional beaches if desired.

Delightful. Can't wait to return. We were between them and Hard Rock for next year but the staff were so friendly that it made all the difference.

Amazing every way 5 star. Food, rooms, staff,entertainment, service perfect. Only small niggle children running around the dinning room dangerous should have been stopped. Where were the parents!!!

Great hotel, very friendly service and reasonably priced if your not all inclusive. I went in January and it was really warm, the pools are in great locations for sunbathing and the towel service is a nice bonus.
