A great little spot for two located just steps away from Piazza del Campo. Quiet and convenient. Hamza was an incredible host and very welcoming after a long day of travel. He also had great restaurant recommendations. Would definitely recommend.

Hamza was a spectacular host. Our accommodations were beyond exceptional and our location was right in the middle of everything. We lives it and will recommend it to anyone traveling here. Again, Hamza made all the difference.

Fantastic place! Hamza was incredible with his help, attention and service. The location is steps from the main square with restaurants, shops, etc. literally outside your door. All of this with being very quiet when you are inside. Nice room with a very nice common are that included all of the amenities. I will definitely stay here again.

I cannot recommend this place highly enough! If I could give 6 or 10 stars I would! The location is great - Hamza is amazing and the place is adorable, clean, and perfectly furnished. I can’t wait to go back!

We paid a very high premium to stay at this location during the Palio race and doing so was a mistake. The road where the place is located is closed for some hours before the Palio race because the Palio parade uses this road. We were unable to return to the room during this time, even though we needed badly to go to the room. There was no blanket on the bed, only a sheet, and there was no blanket in the room for us to choose to use. The toilet paper ran out and there was no extra roll in the room. There is a step down from the bathroom to the bedroom, which is hard to see at night with no night light. Most hotels, at this price, include some sort of breakfast in Siena. Hamza's service was excellent, for sure. It is a bad location for the Palio and definitely not worth the premium price.

We had an absolutely amazing stay in Siena with the fantastic Hamza, he was unbelievably kind and helpful, nothing was too much of an ask. The rooms were beautiful and very comfortable and the location couldn't have been more perfect, right on the main square. Hamza helped us in every way, from letting us drop our bags off early to making reservations for us, we honestly can't thank him enough. If you're heading to Siena definitely stay here, you won't be disappointed.

Amazing guest room in the heart of Siena. Literally just steps from the main square, and a few blocks from the Cathedral. It was a perfect location for our 4 night stay. The room was nicely finished and had a comfortable bed. Expresso machine in the lobby was a nice touch as well, along with free bottled water. There was also wine and Prosecco for purchase. As happy as we were with the room, our host Hamza made this a trip to be remembered. He was very enthusiastic and friendly, and gave us great suggestions on places to eat, drink and take in views of this beautiful city. He is a wonderful host! When we return some day, we will be staying here again.

Great host / charming place to stay in Siena

The customer service was very great and useful. They prepared our stay before we arrived. The hotel is so close to the main plaza. Hamza was always very helpful and cordial. We enjoyed our stay in Siena. Thank you so much fo all you did.

Located in an historically protected building steps from Il Campo the modern spotless interior of the apartment was a lovely surprise. Hamza did everything to make our stay pleasant with plentiful coffee. Water and cookies. His restaurant recommendations were the best. Thank you for making our return to Siena so memorable.

Palazzo Del Pappa was such a cool experience. Definitely a European Room, but extremely updated and the location to the Palazzo Di Campo couldn’t be better. Everything was walkable! Don’t bring a car because you cannot park anywhere in the city. I saw it first hand. It’s not a hotel thing, it’s more of a City of Siena thing. We ran into people who had to park 15 minutes out of town. Regardless, the hotel is so cool! And Homza is the coolest and nicest host! He bent over backwards to make sure our stay was great! I cannot recommend enough!

We had a wonderful welcome here when we turned up unexpectedly because our previous booking was unsuitable. The staff could not have been more helpful and we so enjoyed the unique style of the hotel we extended our stay. A fascinating 13th century pilgrims’ hostel with ultra modern fittings creates a unique and individual ambience - and in a great location with some lovely restaurants just down the street

Fantastic! The service provided by Hamza, the onwer of the B&B, was simply amazing! Very polite, helpful and charismatic! He was always available to help us with our questions and needs! Furthermore, he recommended us great restaurants in Siena! The room was very modern, quiet and clean! We definitely recommend it to all travellers coming to Siena!

It was all very fresh and clean as well, with nice amenities like free water, coffee/tea and cookies in the lobby, good bedside reading lights and plenty of clean towels. The caffe (right around the corner on the Campo) where breakfast is provided had a good selection and was was a fun place to start the day. Overall a great value.Hamza, who greeted us, couldnt have been more welcoming or helpful and pre-arrival communication with Edmundo was easy and prompt. We only had one night in Siena this trip, but wed definitely stay here again.

This place is great, in city center, super clean, and host was super nice, well after traveling more than 50 city’s in past few years this was the best host. We got a siena map with all attractions, this B&B is a modern mix with the original bldg. Super nice.... would stay here any time...
