Was excellent except for the breakfast, not very tasty!!

The hotel room was clean but not very insulated from noise. Anyone walking down the hall you could hear especially when shutting thier room door. Breckfast option were very limited to only carbs & not many choices with them. I personally witnessed the kitchen attendant clean up some spilt scrambled eggs with his hand from off of the counter & throw them back in the warming pan & mix them in with the rest of the powdered egg mixtured in thier. The gravy for the bisquit and gravy offering had little no sausage in it. Another gripe we had is the hotel texts you asking to review thier services at 8 AM on the morning you are leaving and we were wanting to sleep in that morning being a Saturday. Our room only had 1 bar of hand soap in the bathroom & no body soap for the shower unless you use the hand soap at the bathroom sink. Also. We noticed the side enrty door would never lock closed so anyone could enter without a key. Somthing broken on that cuz it had a key swipe enrty lock but the door never closed all the way after entry so it remained cracked open & unlocked.

Great hotel and amenities. Hot tub and lounge serving pizza, beer and wine were great. Only complaint was not having my room ready when I showed up at 1:45pm even though I paid for early check in at 1pm. However, they were accommodating and moved me from king bed room to 2 queen bed room so I could get into a room right away.

The hotel is nice and clean. The beds are really hard and the walls are super thin-we could hear the person talking in the room next to us.

Was offered an early check in for 25.00 when opted for it was several hours until I received a denial notice(when I was already in route. Elevator was broke 1st night and I was on 4th Floor. Hallway around lounge/office/elevator stunk of marijuna upon check in. Also hot tub was cold.

Room 215 Tub has chipped paint would recommend it be touched up to prevent rust.

Our room was very comfortable. The hotel had a pool and hot tub that was actually working. My kids loved that pool. They also had a workout room, and I was able to get my steps in. The location was great to zip around Sioux Falls. The staff were friendly and the hotel was clean. I couldn’t ask for more, especially since it was such a great value.

I've stayed at this motel several times in the last 3-4 years. It's always been clean and comfortable. The rooms seem well sound-proofed, to both noise from neighbor rooms and from the hallway. And the price is competitive, and often lower than most other similar places in the city. I like the place a lot.

Wet nice hotel with large rooms! The tall ceilings make the room feel even bigger. The bathroom has a very unique design that maximizes the space well. The bed was a little hard for us, but not too bad. Overall, the room was great, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was good. Would definitely return.

We were traveling from Canada to Texas and had just finished a 10 hour drive from Montana. The hotel provided a small bar and menu service which was well received after a long day on the road. The room was clean and the hotel staff extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast in the morning was excellent.

The guy at night who checked us in was not very happy to be at work. Didnt offer the 2 complementary drinks to us & wasn't helpful at all.
The reception area & room was very clean and accommodating but the elevator needs cleaned very badly. The elevator had carpet in it and was dirty from food droppings & haddent been cleaned for a long time!

Overall the staff and amenities were positive, however, upon entering my room the smell of cleaner was overwhelming. It smelt as if someone had dumped/sprayed Clorox all over the room. The first night I woke up at 2am with a migraine as a result.
