Wonderful location, very friendly staff, beautiful room with views of the city. Very quiet considering it was in the heart of the city with a rooftop bar (nice place to watch the sunset). Definitely recommend!

Friendly and helpful staff! A great location a short walk to Plaza Mayor and Puenta del Sol - surrounded by shopping and restaurants. Our room was spacious with lots of windows looking out over Gran Via that open for fresh air plus two French doors to a nice private terrace. Comfortable bed and very clean. Great shower and nice modern kitchenette.

Excellent studio terrace room. View from the room right across the city. We were on the 9th floor. Yes there is city noise but we enjoyed watching and listening to the buzz of the city. When the door were closed the noise was gone and we were able to sleep peacefully. I would definitely recommend this hotel and specifically the terrace room.
We booked half board and I would not recommend that you do this. The staff seemed unsure if the half board dinner option. There was no menu to view. They read out he options which was sometimes difficult due to the language barrier. Only 3 options for starts, mains and dessert. We were there for 5 nights meaning we'd need to eat the same food at least twice. I didn't enjoy the main courses therefore we were forced to eat out one night to get a break from the food.
We would definitely come back to the hotel booking the room only option as there are so many eating places around the hotel.

I gotta say that the communication with this hotel is outstanding. My wife and children stayed at this hotel and the staff was great providing instructions and went above an beyond to make sure everything went smooth.
One of the great things about this hotel is that the metro station is right there in front of the hotel. On top of everything you can tell any taxi at the airport to take you to this hotel and their fee is extraordinary.
Great hotel, convenient location, awesome staff and great Expedia perks for Silver and Gold members.

The property was in the best spot of Gran Via! Walkable to most points of interest and with many options for transportation if not walkable. Dining and shopping steps away! The front desk staff was accommodating and very kind, and greeted me always with a smile! The staff at the restaurant and rooftop bar were nice as well! I will stay here again in my future visits!

Fantastic apartment hotel with everything you need near Callao, so it does not get more central than that.
Newly refurbished rooms with kitchen and all the utensils/kitchenware you need. Very comfortable beds and the view in the sky bar is just awesome. Also the breakfast was fantastic.
I will give this apartment hotel my highest recommandations.

The emplyees are very kind and support us any time we ask for ( infomation / taxi / metro ) the location is amazing in the middle of everything! The kitchen is very good and have everything we need for cook ! The only thing I recommend is to fix th shower area..most time the water flood the bathroom !

Friendly staff, great location, grocery store and restaurants near the property. Able to walk to main tourist areas. Kitchen was well equipped and small washer/drier was available in the room too. The roof top had amazing views.

The hotel location is great but the service isn’t, we had an issue with the AC that they have it locked down to 20 degrees the room was hot and they said they can’t lower down, bathroom sink was clogged the person from reception can to unclogged but he couldn’t, when he got out of the bathroom he was sweating and we told him now you can see that is hot in here, he said he will send maintenance for the bathroom sink, AC and refrigerator that didn’t work but not want came.
Also they don’t have room service or cleaning, we spent 5 nights, if you need towels that is the only thing they offer you have to get your self.
We stay in there studio room. The bed isn’t a bed is a sofa that is connected to a bed.

The hotel is essentially a newly renovated modern upgrade within an old classic hotel. The rooms were modern, but the lobby reflected its old heritage.

All staff are friendly and helpful. Unbeatable location in the center of Gran Via. Room and beds are well decorated and very comfortable. The view from the sky lounge is amazing. Just try not to drive here and parking nearby is expensive

The reviews are 9+, but the hotel experience is less than a 5. The hotel does not clean every day or not even very 2 or 3 days, not sure when they clean on a long stay. I informed them that I had dirty towels, trash, among other things, and they never came to correct the issues.
The internet connection drops a lot, and when you ask questions, they respond with an attitude of not wanting to be bothered.
The location is great! But the you can get a better one close by….do not recommend this hotel.

LOVED this place in Madrid! We had it scheduled for the midpoint of our vacation so we could do laundry & it worked out perfectly. Staff was great, room was very large and clean, had an iron & ironing board in the room & was in a safe location. The only downside was the noise across from us - from a popular square - was at all hours of the night. That was a bit rough, but everything else was great. They have a great rooftop bar as well with amazing views.

The Hotel is ok room is great but We were staying at the nine floor they have a rooftop in the 10 th floor with di all the nights from 18/19hs until 12:30 1 am all the days the noise is terrible , they hade two bachelorette party’s the screaming and the shouting was so loud you could hear it from the lobby. We ask for change of room they didn’t have anything . It really ruined the experience we didn’t get a nice night sleep until 2 am.
Other thing to consider is the breakfast it say is included but is only the cold breakfast included if you want eggs or something else hot you have to pay for it!

We traveled as a family with adult children, so we stayed in the apartment (2 bedrooms and a pull-out bed). this worked out really well for us. The location is absolutely central to everything. The rooftop was fantastic for breakfast and the hotel was busy with activity. The elevator situation was a bit of a problem - only 2 slow moving elevators so we took the stairs a lot. Also, the lobby is crammed. We had a great stay there, though, and will have fantastic memories for along time!

Really liked this property. Very clean, modern, well-equipped. They thought of little things like providing a laundry bag. Loved the location, close to everything. The welcome drink at the Skybar was a nice touch. Front desk staff were friendly, helpful and efficient.
