Great stay no issues at all I advise a night or two here

I was very pleased with the accommodation for the price. It was a very quiet and safe place. Check in was very smooth and easy front desk was very friendly. When in need again I will definitely rebook here.

We had so much problem with the door. We have got locked out of our place by different times before they changed it to a different room and did not compensate us for all the hassle that we went through.

It was ok place

Hotel lot was dirty. Furniture left out in front of rooms. The inside of the rooms were barren. Only a bed and 2 shelves. There is a fridge and microwave in the corner, but they weren't the cleanest. Bathroom had a toilet that could only flush once and a sink that sprayed at you. Shower wasn't cleaned. And worst of all, the bathroom smelt like sewage. Left for a bit came back and we were locked out of our room. That ended up being a good thing as we were moved to the next room over where the bathroom was almost fully functioning and didn't stink. The sink was clogged though. And that bedroom had a table at least, but the tv in this room didn't work. Strongly discourage anyone from staying here. The only positives I can give is that the gates add protection from the surrounding area and that the beds were comfy and clean at least.

Great place to stay

The front desk clerk was very nice and friendly. However, when we pulled up to our room, there was a man smoking pot with his car windows down. Went into the room, and there were cockroaches everywhere, walls, floor, toilet! Went back to the office and requested a refund. Clerk was again, very nice, but told me he wouldn't be able to process the refund until the next day. Needless to say, we paid almost twice as much to stay at a Marriott, but as I'm lying in the crisp, clean room, I am not regretting my choice.

Hairs on the bed, soap dispense was empty but luckily we brought our own. Asked for extra sheets and towels and the guy at the desk said he didn’t know anything about that. He said that was maintenances problem and there would be an upcharge. One side of the bed was broken. Toilet handle was broken. The ac setting was too high up and there’s no chairs to put it up or down. If your 6 feet you still might struggle. Trash cardboard and random tables stacked outside on the lawn. The only upside was the gates.

Wanted deposit and doesnt accept cash or zelle,chime,cash app pay pal. Place is a dump, bad area, has none of info described on thier website or online or during the booking process. Who doesnt accept cash? a deposit of twice the room cost?just ridiculous Woman st front desk is rude and unpleasant.

You get what you pay for. You can’t be mad. Literally just a bed in my room, with bare basics. Not my personal standard of accommodations, so I’ll be sure not to shop on price next time lol

Rooms REALLY should have a chair and a table or counter. All of my things have to sit on the floor and I do NOT appreciate this at all. Bathroom should have more than 1 tiny bar of soap - disposable cups and more than a half roll of toilet paper should be provided.

A gated neighborhood felt safe

Property is in a sketchy part of town, luckily they have a gate that encloses the surrounding. Amenities are basically non existing, no water station or vending machines. Staff were very nice and informative tho! Only stay here if you're planning on leaving the next day.

Hotel is in the rougher side of town, but the management guards the gate, so safety should be okay. Room is cramped, but bathroom is new and sheets are clean. Overall, it's a worthwhile option for the price.

Nice place I can’t complain

This hotel needs some major work or even to be torn down and rebuilt. Cockroaches in the rooms, smears of god knows what on every surface,mold on pillows, no trash cans, no soap in the bathroom. Sticky door handles. And in a terribly dangerous area. Probably one of the worst hotels ive ever been to. Had to get a refund ( which the guy who helped us was very friendly and understanding so customer service is decent but it should not be able to be rented at all.

I've stayed here a few times because of work travel and I enjoy and trust this place while the isnt a some amenities that I would like it always bums me out when its fully booked. I'll always choose this Hotel if available.

After I made it to the motel I was told they didn't have any rooms open. So I would like my money back. ASAP

Awful. Disgusting. Stink. Stank. Stunk. The bed and pillowcases were stained and there were obvious pubic hairs on the sheets. There was no toilet paper or toiletries whatsoever in the bathroom. We didn’t even put our bags down. We turned right around and left to return our keys and request a refund. Still waiting on the refund but had to warn others. The pictures on the listing look nice but the reality is horrible!

Don’t know why this place had 4 stars. It’s in a terrible part of town, all of the sheets, pillow cases, and towels were dirty, the room was not clean, hair in the shower, and the bed was super uncomfortable. Will never stay here again.
