Excellent place to stay. We loved it. The only thing was the kitchen cabinet door on front of sink is broke and one of the area rugs upon arrival was on the balcony railing. We just didn’t want them to think we left it that way. But we would stay here again 😊

The apartment was lovely! Easy to get into and literally peaceful. 5stars! Parking was a bit confusing, my car got hit by the gate.

Great location for a visit to downtown Nashville. Everything was well kept and the communication was excellent. The only thing we would recommend, and this is extremely picky, would be a couple firmer pillows. The bed was fine, pillows seemed like they deflated with the slightest touch. We would definitely recommend this place and will be back again.

It was a fully equipped spacious condo. I could not get the Keurig coffee maker to work which was a disappointment.

Nice place. Key fob did not work. Checking in 30 - 1 hour early shouldn’t be an issue. Needed mor coffee!

We enjoyed our stay here! The apartment was spacious and comfortable. Fully equipped kitchen was great, however didn’t seem to be many shops nearby for supplies. It’s a bit further from the action than we thought. We had an issue checking in but luckily there was good communication and we got our issues sorted.

Well lit place, felt safe walking. Entrance to building needed key fob or code. Code ti enter apartment as well. Made me feel very safe to stay in. Walkable to Broadway, if you chose to drive or ride, it was close and cheap for things like that. Parking was easily accessible

Some communication issues involved that gave us trouble with our keyless entry. Wish this would have been resolved prior.

Enjoyed staying in the Gultch!. Late night pizza at Little Chicago hit the spot! Only 10 minute drive from airport.

Over-rated property in poor condition.

Clunky gaining access to building, codes didn’t work. Needed to call for support. Building is dirty, old carpet and funny orders. Roaches in the building. Apartment paint is a mess, bed needs new mattress, big saggy hole in the center.

The facility was decent and quiet. There were painters in the hallways when checking in, so it was a bit difficult to navigate with luggage etc, without coming into contact with the wet paint. Otherwise, the parking is a bit confusing, but overall a nice place.

Great place in a great location. Management was very quick and efficient with communication. The place had passcodes for the garage and front door (safety) and were very quick and concise with communication. The place was much bigger than a normal hotel room. It was a large one-bedroom with a brand new kitchen and plenty of storage and space around. Very modern looking. Great place! We will be back in Nashville in no time!!!

What spacious apartment! It had all the amenities including washer dryer dishwasher lounge kitchen coffee maker. The bathroom was large and we had a huge wardrobe. Definitely impressed. Great communication via text.

Clean, safe, spacious, and modern, Exactly what I wanted, the interior was like staying at my apartment in Miami, FL but with the Nashville vibe. I’d definitely stay again.

It was amazing. We live the apartment and location.

The interior of the rooms/apartments was nice, although is showing some wear. Thoughtfully done. However, the hallways were unclean, and frankly felt a little unsafe. My door had marks on it that showed someone had tried to breach it with a screw driver or other implement(but to be clear this did not happen when I was here). I think this is the disadvantage of a place where no one is there to supervise the comings and goings of people who are staying in the building. I wouldn't stay there again.

Stayed at this location for a week and was very surprised at all the amenities provided. The apartment was spacious and located in a great area. The apartment itself came fully furnished, and the kitchen was fully stocked with basic necessities. The apartment was about a 10 minute walk from the Gulch & had 24/7 accessible parking. It was clean, and I had no complaints about it. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone who is a first time visitor.

The unit was great! Clean, well stocked, modern and relaxing. The only drawback.. the unit was located directly above a restaurant/bar and was noisy at night.

I liked the location and the inside of the unit. For sure, the carpets in the hallways should be replaced. We had a great time!

Location was just what we needed. I would stay here again. Our unit was OK. The space was great. Love the TCL smart TVs. Light bulb out in the kitchen near the coffee maker and bathroom vanity lights had a short circuit maybe, and wouldn’t stay on. No extra toilet tissue was available, there was only one roll for 2 people for 4 days. The bed slept great. Appreciate the walk in closet. The hallways, leading to our unit, could be attended to better. There was stained carpet and the light bulbs were out near our door. Trash cans in the outside common area were over run. Furniture outside was dirty, with leaves dirt and dead insects. The dumpster outside of our balcony was full and stinky.

The efficiency unit itself was great..nice space and we had view of courtyard..ground level from second floor unit.

Extremely clean and comfortable. Key-coded locks on outside doors so very safe. Walk to Broadway was less than 30 mins. The only thing that would have made it better is black-out curtains to make it darker at night and a shelf in the shower for shampoo, soap, etc. I would definitely stay again!

We loved the location being off of Broadway and close to The Gulch. So nice and quiet. The apartment is very clean and spacious with all the amenities one would need. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone staying in Nashville!

Our unit itself was clean but the hallways/building were grossly dirty. Much smaller than anticipated..we could have gotten a basic hotel room with more space. No grocery stores available in area..so bad to eat out all the time..defeating reason for getting it rather than hotel. Definitely would not recommend to others.

Probably one of the best places I’ve booked so far. I had a problem getting into the initial room I checked into but I was quickly rebooked another right next to it
