Very tiny rooms. Nice staff and owners. It's in a hectic tourist area so it can be fun. It depends on what your looking for.

This is an old school beach motel in a beach town. The proprietor was really nice. The room was clean and located close to the beach, shopping and restaurants

This place was recommended to us so we decided to get be it a try and we are glad that we did! Really cute/clean room with pretty comfy bed. Quick easy access to the beach right across the St. I was most impressed by our check in experience. We showed up around 11am and were hoping to be able to park before our room was ready and head to the beach. To our surprise our room was all ready for us so we got to check in at 11am instead of 3pm. Great experience and service!

Very easy to walk to the beach, the pier, restaurants and shopping! The rooms are a bit small, but with so much to do, we were only in the room for sleeping so it wasn’t an issue at all. The room was clean and comfortable. We stayed here last year, and hope to stay again next year!

This is an older motel but it’s clean and well maintained and directly across the street from the beach. . FYI there is an Amtrak train track behind the motel. The trains are not that frequent. I’m sure the kids would get a kick out of it. Location can’t be beat!

It is a very convenient place . I liked it . The only thing missing was a night table with a lamp to read. The shower was warm . We had enough towels too. A fridge and a coffee maker . A nice tv set.

This is a small beach hotel locally owned and administered by Lisa and Peter . Very welcoming hard working locals . Very close to all attractions in downtown OOB . Will return

The accommodation is on the Main Street so lots of traffic. There is a train track behind, which the trains went through a few times at night with blowing whistles so it’s definitely not a quiet place if that’s what you’re looking for. It was the convience of the location that I was attracted to, a short walk to the beach, pier, attractions and restaurants. There is also a pool in the back of the property which is a nice addition.

Such a nice place however too close to the trains going by for a 5 star review.

This was a great affordable little place for our stay. Great location, very walkable, it was clean, staff were friendly. It is right by a train which runs through a few times per night but it didn’t interrupt our sleep terribly just to keep in mind

Old timey motel in an old timey town.

Second time staying here, room was clean and cozy but met our needs just fine. Street noise was loud but that is to be expected with the location. Front office staff/ owners were very friendly and accommodating. Will stay here again.

Stayed here last year.. everything was perfect.. Returned again this year.. They did a few things to the property and made perfect even better.. My wife is disabled and hasn’t been able to walk the beach sand and go to the ocean for a long time.. They have a wheelchair with “balloon tires”… Watching her wade in the water with a smile on her face was the best thing I’ve seen in a while.. Staying here is like going home to visit family..!! It’s great people with nice property in a good location..!!! Thank You…!!

The room was quite small but sufficed for a beach stay, although we were expecting something a bit larger. The balcony to get to the rooms was so narrow that people couldn't sit in chairs if people were walking by...never mind carrying things in to stay there.The room was very clean. Quiet hours were posted from 10pm to 8am but there were very loud partiers that kept many of us staying there, awake till after 2am. Since no one monitors the office after 8pm...not much any of us could do. Disappointed.

Wonderful! It was just what we needed for a weekekend get-away! Close enought to the activities, within walking distance, yet far enough to be out of the hassles. And only a blick from the beach! Room was very clean.

Outdated but conveinant.

The people at the Motel were pleasant and our stay was a good one. Small room, but expected as a motel. Was disappointed in the HOTELS.COM process saying we paid all but $30 to then arrive and find out that wasn't true. My receipt from Hotels com said one thing, my credit card account said something different. So, don't rely on the Hotels com receipt.

peeling paint behind bed, sink outside of bathroom, they spray-painted ceiling water spots. parking was tight and went all the way to the door. Pool was great and walking was amazing.

Beautiful view of strip and ocean. Ocean was right across the street perfect!! Very clean establishment!

This hotel is perfect if you don’t mind a little noise from the surrounding area. Everything is with in walking distance from the beach and bars to the restaurants and shops. The staff is super friendly and we will be coming back again.

Our stay was simply incredible. First, Lisa welcomed our family with so much kindness, taking time to speak to our kids. Anything we had to ask to the owners, we never felt like we were annoying and they were taking time to meet our needs as well as possible. They even got beyond our expectations in terms of generosity, giving free stuff for our children. The motel was very clean and every details are taken care of. Peter seems to be always lookin forward to improve his establishment, and we can see him work from 7 am to 10 pm everyday, takin care of his customers even when he’s on a short break, speaking to every of his customers. It’s also very close to the beach (2 min) and downtown (4 min) by foot. Thanks for everything, hoping to see you again on our next visit.

Close to the beach. Room was very small, beds were full size not queen as thought and mattress was very uncomfortable. Very minimal amenities. TV only had a few satellite channels. Train passes behind building makes lights flicker. Most upsetting was when we had an issue with office staff. We saw they had an extended stay feature available for an extra $25 fee in the room book so first thing at 8am I went to the office. Extended stay options were instead of 10check out can do "for free" until noon or all day beach pass for $25. So I paid for the extended stay/beach day which I was told by the husband owner gave us access to room, facilities and parking for the whole day up to about 5pm. I verified that I would be able to use room and shower after beach time again and was told yes and went back to room. Got to beach for 10 and by 1145 I received a call from the wife owner who told me I only had one day at room and needed to be out by 10, I said we did extended stay and she says yes but that only gave you parking and pool access and I needed to get my stuff out of room immediately. I again stated I paid with husband the extended and she said I misunderstood and she had someone that needed the room so I asked for 30minutes so I could get stuff off beach and get to room since I had my 3yr old with me and husband was getting food so j was alone she says to leave my stuff on beach and get stuff out of room. our beach day was ruined and I had to pack up and leave in minutes. Beware!
