I stayed here 4 nights and housekeeping never changed the bed linens and only took the dirty towels and trash once.
The TV and some lighting kept tripping a fuse and went off several times. I was advised to flip the breaker myself and when I indicated I did not know which one , the front desk person went to my room to show me. I have stayed at this facility twice over the last year and never had such a negative experience. Further, even though there was a cooktop in the room, there were no pots or pans in the cupboard to use it.

Residence is our go to hotel when in the Lancaster area. The room is spacious, bed is comfortable and it feels like home away from home.

Great stay, the only thing I was disappointed with is the kitchen floor was wet & I wiped it up with a towel and the towel was very dark brown. The floor hadn’t been washed in awhile.

We loved staying here. The only draw backs were the shower was very slippery and the pool was not heated

Great location, right across from Wegmans and other dining options. The rooms were very spacious, beds were comfortable. Breakast was great. As a parent traveling with small kids my only disappointment was the shower, there's no handheld shower which makes it hard for families with kids. No shower door either so water splashes everywhere. The staff at the front desk also very unattentive.

A superbly maintained Residence Inn property with exceptional, polite staff service and abundant amenities. I visit a half dozen Residence Inn properties a year in my travels and this location is by far the best. Highly recommended.

The reason I'm giving this three stars is because there is not much to do when in your room. I think you should not need many extra devices to have a fun experience inside the room. If you can get past that, you'll have a great time.
Pros:
Clean, nice location with shopping center nearby, friendly staff.
Cons:
TV location is quite impractical
Kitchen tools are incomplete, no pans, no sponge, and no dish soap.
Light switch is centralized.
Open space, less privacy.
For the location and room amenities, the price is more expensive compared to other Residence inn by Marriott in other locations.

The hotel is conveniently located - just outside the downtown area which was great. The room is spacious and clean and has a kitchen. The hot breakfast was not bad at all - scrambled eggs, pork/turkey/chicken sausages, fruits, cheese, nice selection of bread/bagels/English muffins. Highly recommend!

Our stay at this property was enjoyable. I would just had that the lights in the rooms were too bright. They would be better suited for an office space. A more warm softer lighting would have been better suited. More pillows should have allocated for sleeping. The breakfast was okay but a better variety would have been bacon, turkey sausage, grits smoked ham, pancakes, a waffle maker, biscuits etc.

Residence inn was impeccably clean and accommodating. We stayed for our sons bowling tournament and we couldnt have been happier.

room could have been cleaner. dont think the bathroom floor gets mopped up very often. the sink in the bathroom was very slow to drain and could use a cleaning out. was a cool night. would have been nice to open the window more than 3" but i get that design. other than that, microwave and lighting worked.

The breakfast was well organised and pleasant the rooms were spacious the housekeeping staff were pleasant but a little lax the dishwasher had not been emptied from the previous clients and they did not empty it even when my husband requested that they do it

most everything was good with the property and our room. we ended up in handicapped room for some reason but it was just fine. no issues unless you include the fan and light above the stove top. neither had power. we didnt check the service panel for a tripped breaker tho.

It was nice and quiet. My room was clean and big. The hotel was in walking distance to restaurants a supermarket and movie theater. 10 minutes from my destinations. I would definitely stay here again.
