This property had no wi fi in the rooms and even in the reception area it was barely working. They put me in a room far in the back where there was barely any service after I had said I needed wi fi to work while staying here. The bathroom had no toilet paper just a bucket with water. There was no water for a whole night and the following day. I wasn’t able to brush my teeth or shower not even wash my hands. This place is terrible I would never recommend anyone to stay here unless you want to live like an animal. The only nice thing was that the staff, they tried to accommodate me after I asked for a refund because I was leaving to another hotel. Only then did they give me a somewhat decent room with wi fi after I had already booked something else and refused to give me a refund for the following nights even after all of my complaints. Also the door knob was falling off and the shower knob as well. Would NEVER stay here again.

Little bit dirty , unsafe , no water for toilet bowls to flush , the brush use to clean the toilet smells bad if you brush it to the bowl , it will smell bad , their is no luck in the window .

Bathroom is terrible.... Place is not that clean unlike before that we stay... its our second time to stay but unfortunately it is very disappointing! cant recommend Sorry!

Unsatisfied.
It was indicated in my booking that there is toiletries and towel included during our stay, but there is nothing in the room.
We also suggest to move the airconditioner to the wall wherein all beds were directly hitted with the cold air, because 1 bed was blocked with the walling of the comfort room.

Super awful room - bad smell. The pics online looks nice but deceiving. Its a lie. Dont be deceived.

Not so bad for the price..location is great though it wasn’t beach front as described, 5 minutes walk to the beach. No WiFi in the rooms, you have to go to the reception area to access WiFi.

The room we stayed can't get signals so every time we want to use our data we need to stand outside of the room to do so. Toilet paper was not prepared in advance. Water is not hot enough.
But it's a good location considering the price is fair. Don't trust where the map shows. It's in a tiny small alley of an alley where the police station is.

We send them an e mail that we will arrive after midnight but when we arrive hotel it was 3 am and we could not check in nobady was there. they dont have even check in desk.I called but no body answered.its is written that we supposed to ot an email for the room number and password but I didnt got it.It has bern 4 am in the morning and still I could not checked in!!!!

Close to the beach and other stores? Yes! But there are lot of things that I don't like and you will probably don't like too. When we entered the room, I felt wierd because it was wide, lot of space. You can only see the bed, table with TV and toilet close to the door on the corner. It was like being in a Hall with bed and table in it. Such a lonely room and lifeless. They never clean the puke on the ceiling which was about months in my estimation. Also, you have to ask for a towel and toilet paper, like what?!... The worst thing was the place was very noisy. Imagine, we went to sleep 12am and we wanted to get enough sleep for the next day adventure. Gosh, I've heard lot of noise from above us, like pulling chairs, tables and hitting things that last for like about 2 hours and the noise started 3am. So, we left the hotel and look for a better place to stay.

Let’s start with the pros:
There is hot water in the shower. The bed is pretty comfy and it was absolutely clean. The bed sheets were fresh and smelled nice. The location is perfect! It’s almost in the middle of the island and everything is very easily reachable from here. The check in went smooth and we even got to choose our room, wich was nice since the other room had some mold spots in it (this is something that basically all Asian cheaper stays have though)
Cons:
I saw a cockroach outside of the room (to be fair: no insects, spiders or cockroaches in the room). The risk of you getting a room without a window is big since there are very few. The lady that welcomed us is not the most friendly person I’ve met, but she does her job. The air con is very loud (but works!). The place feels more like a place where huge families live permanently than a hotel. It felt like I walked in to some Filipino private living area. First night was a COMPLETE nightmare since there were people screaming in the hall outside our room, someone threw a bucket of some badly smelling fluid all over the hall wich made our room have a heavy smell of what I felt reminded me of bleach-smell, it was so strong I couldn’t fall a sleep. Someone even pulled on our door once during the night. To top it off, someone started playing west life sounds at 4am. I got NO sleep first night. Second night was all good.
Not recommended for longer stay. Short stay is ok, but now you know what to expect.
