The hotel was exceptionally clean. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. We arrived a bit early and they had our room ready! Bed was comfy and the room was spacious. Breakfast was hot and yummy. Lots of options! We would definitely stay again. The only thing I feel compelled to say is the whole hotel smelled a little like men’s cologne. It made me sneeze. I think it’s the cleaning agent because the hotel is pet friendly. But it didn’t smell like dogs! All in all it was a good stay.

The room I was in was horrible. There was a constant knocking noise ALL NIGHT, I could not get any sleep. The noise sounded like someone was knocking on a door nonstop. This was my second time at this location and once again I had another horrible/terrible experience. The first time I stay there, the person above me was on the phone cursing and throwing furniture around the room and threatening to kill someome and had to be escorted off the premises. A total waste of my money by me not getting no sleep.

Staff was very friendly, talked to our 4 year old and were very nice to him. Everyone we interacted with was very kind. Room was very clean, as was the hotel itself. Would definitely stay there again!

Clean and they was real nice. I love the fact we could cook in the room for breakfast or dinner. Yes if i didnt want with they made for breakfast i made my own. The oitside was lovely. had a firepit and a grill and i tv outside.

Compared to the other places that we stayed in the area and this was on the top of our list. The main thing that we love the most about this hotel was the space inside the room. If you have a large family, I do recommend that you stay here you would not be on top of each other. The kitchen was a plus and the bathroom was really nice.

Used wash cloth was left in bathroom. Kitchen sink was not thoroughly cleaned. When returning luggage carts shortly after check-in witnessed handcuffed hotel guest (a few doors down the hall) being escorted out by police. Overall not the same experience I’d had previously. Hotel staff was indifferent to all and commented (with relation to the arrest occurring on my floor), “that’s his business”.
Nearby town center was convenient with many restaurant and retail options.

We booked a suite for our family of five. The whole facility is very clean and up to date. We had a bedroom and a living room, with a full kitchen and a square dining table in kitchen. A lot of space. We could comfortably sit down together and have our meals, not like in other hotels where we had to scramble to find place sitting on beds and chairs. The bathroom is big and comfortable. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. The front door is locked at 10pm every night. You can only get in with your card key. Added security.

Overall, I really enjoyed our stay here. The room was spacious and clean. I would stay here again. The only downside to our stay was that housekeeping never came to refresh or make up the room. I was told housekeeping would occur every other day, but for the last day of the trip they never came, and I had to ask the front desk for TP and soap since we were running out. We were there for 4 days.
