Very convenient and confortable hotel in one of the best areas of the city. Close to a massive shopping mall with several restaurants and stores. Service is on point, although a bit annoying to be scanned with a metal detector every time you come inside the property.

We had the experience of an aircondition device 'exploding', leaking water on our property (bags, computer, documents). The hotel promised to take this forward, deal with insurance however after leaving no response. Following up with hotels.com the hotel still refuses to answer. Any company can have incidents - customer service and quality is how you respond. Here - refuse to take responsibility as promised. Poor service.

The hotel is in a safe area with plenty of friendly security, both private and city, in the premises. The room style is very similar to TRU Hotel models. Just slightly longer and has a balcony (there’s a about a 4 inch gap between the glass fence and the balcony base/be careful of traveling with kids).
Something I want to address that definitely affected my view from this hotel is that, after the fact that I stayed in the hotel, IF YOU BOOKED THIS HOTEL THROUGH ANY 3rd PARTY ( Orbitz, Expedia, etc), YOU WONT GET COMPLIMENTARY PARKING. YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY FOR IT EVERY TIME. The only way to avoid this is to book through THEIR website or calling THEM (Spirito) directly.
There’s a catch: If you book through Spirito to avoid paying for parking, you would have to pay extra to get breakfast included ( which is very varied and very good). If you book through Orbitz, it includes the breakfast but you are uncovered about the parking.
That said, if you are fine with it, you will have a good time.
I would like more transparency with that kind of information beforehand and not find out when you are about to get out of their parking lot and to have to pay because of that little big detail was left out.

Excellent location, the hotel looks a bit gloomy and abandoned, the rooms are large and desolate, the cleaning is terrible, it seems the sheets have not been changed for a long time. It looks dirty. The restaurant service at breakfast time is self-service and the breakfast is nothing to compare. I would not recommend this hotel. I honestly expected much more.

The stay itself was good.
However, the hotel has double-charged my reservation: a payment through hotels.com and a separate payment to the hotel itself. This was discovered the day of check-out.
The team at the reception indicated that the could only give me a voucher for a future stay. Upon insisting, they agreed to request a credit note.
However, 1 month after the issue I have not received my money.
This hotel has committed unfair practices!

Hotel has what it is call industry style, however the clean condition is terrible, floor is not well clean, bathroom is terrible.
At arrival the desk front person was excellent but then unfortunately the night shift front desk guy was terrible, unprofessional and without polite manners.

Property was ok. It would be great if they could keep it clean . Also did not like that my room door was left open by the cleaning lady the hole day. Nothing was done in regards to issue. Also door key system did not work properly sometimes it would take a few try’s to get the door to open.
