Clean, quiet and breakfast was good.

Modern hotel with good facilities. Excellent complimentary breakfast. Nice safe area with transport links nearby. Only criticism was, although bathroom cleaned and fresh towels provided daily the room was not vacuumed or dusted during our one week stay.

They seemed a little disorganized, but the staff was nice enough. It’s tough when your reservation starts out where they don’t have a room for you. But they did the best they could up to a certain point, and we survived.

Easy access via subway, only about 2 minutes walk from the closest subway station. Breakfast is disappointing. The breakfast time is till 9:30am. Came down at around 8:15, though not many people there, not much food left and with slow replenishment.

Parking should be free. Rooms are a little tight. Breakfast should get some attention from management.

An all round good experience. The property is close to transit options. THe breakfast buffet seemed overwhelmed some mornings with limited options.

They dont take away your plates when you bring food in your room and they have missed giving out towels.

Had to stay for work, tough turnover, in and out in only four hours but the room was very clean and comfortable

The area around the hotel was not centrally located. There were no places for food. The room was small. Its was 211 dollars plus 15 dollars to park a car. Crazy

Very convenient location. Parking was very limited when we returned from dinner.

Decor and facility was state of the art. It is unconscionable to charge YOUR guest $15 to park. I was disappointed. It is better that you build that fee into your nightly rate.

I have waited for my rooms for 2 hrs.

This is my second time staying at this hotel and I enjoy the staff and the rooms are always nice and clean. I like the convenience of the area . This time I was told that we had to pay for parking which wasn’t an issue but Saturday night we werent even able to use the lot we had to park somewhere else with the risk of possibly being towed. Other than that it ls always a good experience

The service attitude of the counter staff is very poor .In addition,she charged an extra $100 and said that she would return it to me next day.but she hasn’t given it to me yet.

Checked in at around 9pm Wednesday last night..the lady at the front was just meh doing her job.. not welcoming just there… One we walked in the room there was this strong smell of another person being there before us. The beds looked put together until I decided to lay down and again another strong smell of a person being there and laying there. Seemed to be like the sheets were not changed just put back together to make it look neat. The bathroom door was dirty with white and dark stains, you can tell they are removable.. so it just wasn’t cleaned.. the bathroom sink was full of paste and also wasn’t cleaned. I ended up going to the other queen bed and sleeping there and left it alone because it was only a one night stay and I need to get back to work the next day!!! Thank God it was just a one night stay.!! Also!! Pillows and bed were not comfortable.. bed felt like cardboard and pillow flattened 3 minutes in. NOT WORTH THE PRICE AND EILL NOT RECOMMEND FOR BUSINESS STAY AND LESS VACATION STAYS, parking is $15 Breakfast is supposed complimentary but not staying for that after experiencing this room.

I like the room at Holiday INN. Room was clean. Bathroom was clean. I was asked to pay $15 for parking per day. When I booked the hotel at Orbitz, it was not mentioned about any parking fee. But I was told that Holiday INN website mentions about the parking fee. That was a bummer. What I did not like about the hotel was that when next door room's door closes, it shakes the whole room. If I'm sitting on the bed, and leaning against the wall, it shook my whole body. Otherwise, it was a nice hotel.
