Despite hotel being non-smoking, guest next to us was smoking. The smell of cigarette smoke was coming from under the adjoining door and was apparent throughout the hall. Staff sprayed deodorizer the first time, 2nd time my daughter was asleep, so they gave me the bottle. Not aware of any contact with the offending guest. Also room right on a busy road and could be heard throughout the night. Awful night sleep. Won’t stay again.

I wasn’t feeling well when I arrived, and I was gifted an early check-in, which I was really grateful for. They turned on the orange juice machine for me when I arrived, even though breakfast was over. Super great waitresses and front desk people…everything was very clean.

Sleep Inn was a great stay. We didn’t get in until midnight and the manager at the front desk was so kind and helpful and made the process incredibly easy. Our room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was also very clean and the water pressure was great. It was a great spot to stay and right next to some food stops and a gas station which was also very helpful.

Overall the place is clean and tidy. Staff are friendly. Workout room has broken equipment, and the hot tub is like warm with no jets.

Everything was amazing. Except, the gal that worked at night gave me a hard time about getting a room key. I locked my purse in the room and had no id. She wouldn't work with me. Thank god my daughter had my secondary id in her car. But the last let someone not on my room charge ibuprofen to my card on file. Possibly train some more. And the housekeeping girl that looks like a boy is very rude.

The hotel was fine. A little overpriced but it is what is. The breakfast was one of the worst we have experienced. Ran out of cereal, yogurt and forks and knives as well aa numerous other items. Obviously understaffed in the morning. This is on management for not setting up the morning breakfast team for success. We won’t be back. Lots of other great choices in GF.

First of 3 days hot tub closed, first night a party in a "corporate suite" which was not shut down until almost 2am after numerous complaints, day 2 entire pool and hot tub closed and did not reopen. Decided to cut my loss and checked out a day early, with 3 grumpy children being up almost all night then the pool being closed ruined our weekend.

This hotel was wonderful. The beds were soft, nice clean pillows and sheets. Breakfast was great. Coffee was wonderful. I guess laundry for three dollars for the wash machine three dollars for the dryer. It was one of the best sleeps. I’ve had in a long time. Nice hot water. Trinity at the front desk was wonderful. Very good customer service skills.
