The first room had wet carpets from bathroom leak. Shower situation needs to be reworked, since 3rd room had similar water stains. Moved to much smaller room for the night. Next morning moved to same big luxury room we booked. Nice welcome drink and snack! Very nice people. Beautiful breakfast. Room we booked was very large and nice.

Wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly friendly right from the start. They took care of the car, luggage, even provided refreshments upon check in. We stayed two nights and this friendliness and professionalism continued throughout our stay. We enjoyed dinner on site one night and the service and food was equally superb. A great experience overall.

Be sure to get a lake voew room, they are very nice!We only tried thw reaturaunt once but it was exceptional, some of the best food we ate in Lugano / Como!! Staff were really good also. Highly reccomend the hotel!

For the second time we enjoyed a wonderful stay at the Grand Hotel Campione. The hotel is fabulous with its boutique style and splendid lake view. We booked the junior suite again which is absolutely gorgeous with breathtaking views and modern design. Dinner was fantastic too with excellent Italian cuisine and super friendly staff. We also tried the private spa which is rather small but very nice and clean. For sure we will come back to this awesome place.

Despite the location of the hotel being outside of the city center of Lugano, the hotel itself is just great. Very friendly stuff, always supportive mastering all the languages typical for given region. Near the hotel you can find nice restaurants for fair price tag. Connection to Lugano is ensured via bus with a bus stop in front of the hotel. The view from the window of your room is just amazing - sunset and sunrise ob the lake is just taking your breath.

Allt bra, men etc etc allvarligt problem , no shower place , just old bath tubes / really not acceptable, in addition extra beds are to small for big adults

Wonderful stay at this lovely boutique Hotel. Great room and views and nice breakfast. Unfortunately the spa was closed due to Italian Covid-rules. We will be back!

Everything was as-is from the photos. Best hotel during my trip. No complaints and a wonderful, peaceful town. Highly recommend as a family or romantic getaway!

A small hotel but with beautiful lake view and the staffs are friendly and helpful. Especially the staffs in the restaurant, they provided professional service. And the food is good too.

Came here for a birthday suprise for my girlfriend, everything from the staff being extremely polite and accommodating right down to the amazing views. Definitely a recommendation.

The hotel is very nice and has a lot of potential, the service and prices does not match with the hotel. At the check in nobody realise that we were there waiting, after the responsible of restaurant realised and called someone.

We spent 2 nights at this hotel. The environment very relaxing and all the staff were very friendly and specially Mauro made our experience even better. We had the elite room which was spacious with big balcony and of course the view is breath taking. We even had our breakfast in the balcony which was for sure a great memory for us. Valet service was on time and perfect. The village is quite small and not many restaurants there but the hotel is just less than 15 mins drive from Lugano. 7 mins drive from Swiss miniature with a small resort for swimming and chilling out next to it. The tranquility of the hotel and the area is a plus for the hotel compared to hotels in Lugano. Its highly recommended.
