Stayed for one night because we’re attending a wedding. We were extremely happy with the cleanliness and condition of the hotel. Front desk clerk was also very friendly and helpful. We would stay again if we are in the area.

Overall it was fine. However in the fitness the lights were on a motion detector and kept turning off on me when I was on an exercise machine. I would have to get off the machine and walk a few feet for the lights to go on again. Very annoying. I asked the front desk if they could adjust the motion detector time and they said " probably not'

Service was perfect a couple bumps in the road by the team jumped right on it and took care of all of it for us. Our Stay was perfect for our son 14th birthday weekend.
We did wait for hot tub to warm up for a while. But for all of it 5 stars hands down. Management team very help and the breakfast was amazing hot and fresh. Nice souther style flavor perfect.

The staff, accommodations, and breakfast were all fantastic. We stayed with our kids, so the pool was utilized as well. Everything was very clean and well maintained. All in all, a great stay!

Even though it seems to be a newer hotel, it’s not showing. Dirty stained carpets all over the hallways and inside the room. Towels stained, and the room had a musky smell.

Room was amazing . Pool and jacuzzi was very nice. Breakfast was ok, could have had creamed cheese for bagel in stead of jelly. And toast for toaster. Or waffles would have been nice too. Cob webs in windows should have been wiped down, mold on ceiling above coffee maker and in shower as well. I did let front desk know about it though at check out. Other than that very good hotel did stay here many times and always had a nice time . Front desks clerks always pleasant!

, The breakfast could have had a few more options. Like toast and Orange Juice. The bathroom sink water drains slowly.. room 135. All the Front Desk clerks are amazing. The jacuzzi and pool were awesome not a lot of kids, very relaxing. The bed was soft and pillows Squishy … very quiet … and Dog friendly too! Only bed thing was no poop bags by dog area . Other than that great hotel..

I will be staying here hopefully every year , it’s a new facility so maybe the manager don’t think it needs to be ALWAYS kept clean to beautify the space.area that was not attended to for weeks or month can take away from it’s beauty as seen in these photo's. ,the floors need to be scrubbed to bring back it glory But all in all EVERYTHING WAS GREAT

My stay here wasn’t great but overall this isn’t the worst place you could stay at. It’s more suited for anyone who wants a convenient spot to sleep and shower but doesn’t plan to stay much at the hotel. The carpets need cleaning or to just be replaced at this point.
I was initially assigned a room with a broken door, so every time I wanted to get in I had to ask the front desk. I was finally switched to a room with a working door but the bathroom vent was hanging from the ceiling and maintenance had to fix the next day.
I wasn’t happy with my stay and personally won’t be back but I have experienced worse places.

The only thing that kept thos from being 5 stars was the pool and hot tub. They were disgusting. Smelled. Cloudy as heck. Dirty room.
But EVERYTHING else was perfect. Room was spotless and comfortable. Every staff person we came across was busting butt to make sure things were as acomodating as possible.

This is a repeat location for me and my family. We don’t have many issues when staying here and know what to expect. However, this last time, we noticed that there was some upkeep that was being over looked in our room and that the staff did a poor job of communicating our needs. It took them forever to get an extra set of towels up to the room after a late checkin and when we requested a late checkout, we had the cleaning crew knocking at our door every 20 minutes.

I want to share that the hotels hospitality was so kind and place looks and smelled nice, checking in was easy and fast. Want to give a good thanks to all the management and staff. Will be coming back and for sure will be recommending friends and family to stay here.

Staff so nice and professional. Room nice and clean. Bed was so comfy! I will be returning in July and wish I hadn’t booked another hotel months ago. Would most definitely stay here! I had a room at the end of a hall and I preferred this as well. Breakfast was delicious. I had a biscuit with gravy and scrambled eggs. I peeked at everything else. Really should have tried those warm cinnamon rolls! Something for everyone here! I’ve never reviewed a hotel in my 60 plus years but this deserved one.
